The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and professional. He actually saved me money by explaining my different options. I was grateful for him hooking up the trailer to my truck and explaining the unique U-Haul coupling system.

I did not move into unit when I first looked into this place it Said I rent a uhaul and get first month free storage so I paid the 20 dollars but then I'm it told me I had to pay 165 at check in so I canceled it and lost my 20

At this location nothing. Great customer service. Accommodating especially when I wanted to downsize the truck that I had reserved. I appreciated that immensely. Very clean truck inside now. Highly recommend this location.

If uhaul changes the pickup location to a far away inconvenient place like they did, free miles should be added to accommodate having to drive to where the move is actually happening and then to the destination.

There is no one at the location. I had to go buy a padlock to install on the the door since no one was there to take the equipment.

This was the absolute worst experience with U-Haul I have had. We have used your business 3 times in the last 3 months and planned to use again in 2 week’s finishing our big move. Both pick up and drop off were a horrible experience. Dropping off the truck the business wasn’t even open as described. We were charged for extra fuel when we put fuel in before dropping off but no one was there to verify with. I am considering not using U-Haul again after this trip was such a hassle.

When I returned the truck I put more gas in the truck then when I picked the truck up. So when I dropped the truck off the next day they tried to say I didn't have the correct gas level in the truck and tried to charge me more money. I had the manager check into it for me and he checked the picture and seen that in fact my gas level was correct. I don't know why they tried to get more money out of me for this transaction. But the manager corrected the problem for me. But otherwise my rental was good. I'm still waiting on my refund from my deposit.

There was a sign on door that said closed at 2pm. The person that was there acted like it was a bother for me to drop off a trailer. After I disconnected the trailer myself and brought the dolly and moving blankets into the office, he was no where to be found although the door was still unlocked. After using your restroom, I departed hoping the drop off would be properly recorded. It must not have been, I received a call the next day about the dolly and blankets. Very unprofessional

Pickup location was closed during the middle of the week. Had to use the 24/7 pickup feature which was not easy. Reservation hadn't gone through so we had to call customer service to first push the order through then get our access code for the key. No furniture moving pads as requested in the truck.

The woman that took care of us was wonderful. She had us in and out on no time. We've done a lot of furniture moving in the last 2 years with Uhaul. This was one of the best experiences. Highly recommend!

We did not move in to the storage unit on the 24th due to stormy weather conditions. We did move in on the 27 but the ground was soggy from the rain and snow. Our 26’ truck sunk in the mud . A tow truck was called at the cost of $250. I have NEVER seen a storage unit surrounded by grass. Why not blacktop or at least a sufficient amount of gravel

The individuals who I dealt with at this location was top notch. The problems I experienced were solely the responsibility of UHaul, not the individual stores. The service provided by UHaul & not honoring the reservation was the problem. I made a reservation with a tight timeline to get moved, but I was the one who did all the work of having to travel to pick up my unit & the equipment ordered was not in my unit. I then had to travel to another location to pick this up. Once I finally received my equipment, the truck had a gas leak which caused a terrible gas smell in the truck & would ruin all of my personal belongings. Once again, I had to do the work & find another suitable unit & travel to pick it up. Uhaul had me the customer doing all the traveling & inconveniencing me through the entire experience. Definitely, not an experience worth repeating

With over 16 moves Stateside and internationally via US Gov., these are THE BEST, PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL AND DEDICATED. The crews were OUTSTANDING and on time, clean, courteous, polite.
