I brought the trailer back a day early and after closing hours because it didn’t fit in the driveway like we thought, I couldn’t lift it off the hitch and he had given me his cell, so I called and he was so nice and came out and helped and didn’t make me feel bad at all! Super nice guy!

Niklas FI was not happy with the drop off point in ocala fl. Thourbread hardware. I brought the truck to the location with 7/8 of a tank of fuel like I was instructed to do, the drop off place sent an email with a reading of just less than 3/4 of a tank. That is total dishonesty and also charged my card an additional 21$. The amount of money I paid uhaul was another and at the destination I get screwed out of an additional 21$. Will never recommend that drop off place to anyone. They need there uhaul franchise revok😡.

mike sThe only issue we had was we called this dealer to schedule truck. Not even 5 minutes after we got it figured out for our pick up date, traffic calls and says it's not available and we would have to go to another town 30 miles out of our way. I told them no and I wanted the truck from where I scheduled it and they said they would call me on the 5th. Well, jobs done and never got that and call from traffic.
