Allen RWe bought the additional insurance for $7 and it sure did pay off. We got a flat tire on the trailer on the drive home. We were traveling with our disabled elder parents, 92 and 97 yr old, when we got stuck on I-95 with the flat tire. I expressed this to the dispatch and if there is any way to expedite the service. The gal, Angela, got us a service man out to us right away. He came out and changed the tire. We were back on the road within the hour! Fantastic customer service!
