Brenda BarthelemyOver charges you for stuff you don’t do and then says gas wasn’t where it was when you put gas prior to dropping off. Definitely not recommending to anyone should’ve gone through the actual Uhaul location never had problems with them.
Francisco NavarroJust make sure gate is open for return on Mondays when it’s closed. We got there at 6:30am to return our uhaul and stir at center was closed and no way to contact anyone. Someone eventually ended up coming but it was an inconvenience. Other than that great experience.
Jaime RangelThe truck was "clean" in the sense that there was not any trash, but I'm not sure that I could call the truck clean. It was just kind of dusty and dirty inside. It could have used a wipe down and a vacuum.

Miguel RojasI would not encourage anyone to use them , they didn’t leave keys so I sat at the location for over 40 mins trying to rent me another truck . Then they offered a credit which was never credited I wasted time and money because they didn’t do something as simple as put a key in the lock box . Smh they fead me crap just so they didn’t j have to listen to an upset customer .
Marisa McDonaldAs soon as I started the vehicle the tire low pressure sensor was on. As indicated, I visually checked the right rear tire which looks fine. I drove it to the destination which is approximate 14 miles away. On my way the AC was also coming off and on. I checked the tire pressure with my personally owned air compressor but the pressure was at 90 psi. I reduced the pressure back to 80 as indicated in the panel but indicator light still stayed showed low tire pressure. Knowing that the pressure was manually checked at the right pressure, i drove the truck back to return. The AC cold air output was still constantly coming off and on. This vehicle needs maintenance for sure.

RUSSELL PRICEThe worst customer service I've ever experienced. I reserved a truck at the Sunnymead location. The truck would be available the next day at 9 a.m. in Alessandro. When I arrived at Alessandro to pick up myvihecle, I was informed that they had forgotten to phone me to inform me that the truck would be arriving at 9 p.m. (I need to be out of the house by 8). They provided me a phone number to call, but I was hung upon three times. I made it through on my fourth attempt. The employee explained that the system had shown the vehicle at the Sunnymead location and that she had no idea why I had been sent to Alessandro. When I get at Sunnymead, the older lady gives me a bad attitude and tells me that the reservation was unintentionally canceled. They did, however, charge me. She then directed me to the Van Buren address. When I arrived at the Van Buren location, I was informed that there is no 26' scheduled to arrive until 1630

DAVID CANNELLASherry was lovely. She was very nice, kind, helpful and courteous. She made the truck rental an easy and delightful experience.
AARON PYLEThey did not have really real any selection but they did, oddly enough, have what I was needing. When I entered I was first in line, the lady at the counter was talking with what appeared to be someone who was "slow" and eventually the line built up 4 people long but she had to keep repeating information to the individual on the phone. We were walk-in customers and ready to spend money - one guy ultimately left very frustrated and a bit vocal to the other customers and went somewhere else, all others were also frustrated with how long this woman spent on the phone repeating herself to this customer. This is VERY bad business practice in my opinion, walk in customers should have priority far and above a phone call. I would think real hard about coming here again, I will first see what other local U-Hauls have. The specific location has oddly short business operational hours.
Phillip MarquezThe equipment rental process with Uhaul was a nightmare. We had numerous issues with reserving equipment for our move from Southern California to Arizona. The biggest issue we came across was being told equipment was available one minute and then being told “it’s gone” the next minute. How can you seriously run a business like that? Even when picking up our trailer we were told we were lucky to get it because the piece of equipment had been reserved to two different people and we happened to get there first. Moving is already stressful but having to deal with vital pieces of equipment being unavailable was beyond frustrating. Hire people to drive equipment back to California!!!
