Megan GThe service station where I picked up the U-Haul retracted half of the equipment I had reserved. The guy working just pointed to a pile of blankets and didn’t count them before hand. Poor customer service standard and ghost charges.

Marvin JVehicle was almost empty when I picked it up. Snow and ice had not been removed from the windshield. Seat would not adjust.
Josh Dpicked up the vehicle from a gas station and it did not have any gas in it....needed to be vacuumed too...charged me for a dolly that was not available for me because none were on site. overall lack of care at this location.

DWAYNE DTruck could not shift. Loud roaring noise. Message kept coming on “driver door not closed”. Gas gauge photo incorrect. Price grossly misrepresented. Went from $19.99 to $60. Awful experience. Never again.

Mia SThis was by far one of the worst UHAUL experiences and I've rented numerous UHAULS. It took 30 minutes to get the keys to the UHAUL and I reserved it in advance. The gentlemen at the counter didn't speak much English and told me I would need a card to pay for the UHAUL, even though I used a card in advance to reserve it. There was actually two men there and it seemed as if they had no idea what was going on. I didn't want to use my personal credit card and didn't have the company card on me. When I returned the UHAUL it took another 15 min to return it, when it normally doesn't take any time. I rarely ever complain, but if this was my first UHAUL experience I would probably never go back. These guys made UHAUL look very bad...
Dhruva WI arrived and the person working could only tell me "wait" for 45 minutes. He didn't speak english or spanish and didn't make any attempt to explain why we were waiting. After waiting 45 minutes I asked again for the truck, at which time he got his manager on the phone and I had to go through the process with his manager over the phone. No one apologized for the 45 minute wait even though I had a truck reserved. They they charged me for gas even though I filled the gas so it had more than when I took the truck. I took my own photos of the gas gauge because I suspected they would do this. I'm not disputing that charge with Uhaul. Terrible experience overall. Worst customer service I can remember in a long time.
