My U-Haul pickup location was moved twice and not communicated, reserved and confirmed pickup time was changed and location was not opened when we came to get truck. Last but not the least scheduled drop off location was changed five hours after picking up truck. All locations were further away than expected

The self serve is not very straight forward. Ran into several technical issues both when picking up and dropping off the truck. Website would lag and not function properly. When dropping off, I Took pictures of everything , submitted, and then it asked me to take pictures again. Then at the end it just booted me out and didn’t give me a confirmation that I had returned the truck by the agreed upon time which I did, I turned it in early.

The people who work there are great, and the trucks were in excellent shape, but the requirement to use the app to pick up did not work well for me. The internet access is not good there, and the app failed to access my location (even though my location services were on) was failing to upload the required pictures. It took me almost an hour, and a long phone call to support, to complete the pickup process. Therefore, I'm not likely to use this location again.

The facility was alittle tight for drop off but would still go back. The gal was awesome!
