I returned the truck on the Saturday and received a call from Uhaul saying that the truck had not been returned. Whoever was responsible for complete their end of the transaction, failed to do so. Customer service was great and took care of the issue.

I do not like pickinh up a rental where there is not an actual person there to process the pickup .
Kathy LHe put down it was 1/2 tank of gas and it was actually between 1/4 and 1/2 it cost us 58 dollars for the gas. We brought it back on what it was when we left. I had ordered 2 box dollies which wasn't there it was very poor service

Korey ETell the customer all of the costs rather than just give a 9 point font document that no one is going to read! $1 per mile is ridiculous. As well, telling the person that the rental is not secure. Twice we had to go to other locations. When I talked to the woman on the phone about this she was not amicable and I was unsatisfied in her response. The burden is on the renter to ask the questions rather than you supplying the two most important issues 1 where will my truck really be to pick up and 2 additional mileage. These two things were never explained to us. I will not rent a uhaul again and will let my friends and family, as well as my social media base that I am dissatisfied. The burden should be on the representative to be clear about these two common changes and charges. The Blenheim my Stop representative was also 20 minutes late to help us. Thank you. Sharon
Sharon CUpon arriving at the truck drop off location I was informed that I had to top and pay for gas to the 1/4 full mark on the fuel gauge- even though the fuel gauge was on 1/16 full ( almost fumes) when I picked it up.
John NLoading door was difficult to open. Would have been better if it was serviced.
