Terry was more than helpful when I stopped in one day to inquire as to rates & availability for my move from Texas to Florida. His facility is a small gas station/store and he only had a couple of the wardrobe boxes I needed, but I got by with what he sold me. He was patient and set my mind at ease.
They charged for a dolly and pads that we did not use! Double check everything and take pictures! They didn't even call to confirm! We rent from uhual all the time and my company provides all of our own equipment, we never have a need to rent this items and then the guy start to argue with me! Horrible service!

Not really good customer service.
The owner and son were very accommodating when I needed to change my transportation options at the last minute. The Uhaul was clean and worked perfectly and they were even able to greet me after hours for the keys since I was a woman driving alone. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond.
i was very unsatisfied with the online reservatio, no one called me or emailed me to let me know that the truck was not going to be available at the location I had chosen. I had to call customer service and wait in line for a very long time to tell me that I had to drive 14 miles more to get the truck. I am very dissapointed for all the inconvinience, more money and hassel I had to go through!!
Everything was great. The service was great and Mr. Terry was exceptional. I recommend this location to any one who needs a U-haul.
The truck was rusted so bad inside of the trailer to were the door kept jamming and getting stuck. Also the cables kept jumping off track from the rollers.
My overall uhaul experience was terrible except for this location. I'll be contacting corporate. Two email guarantees that the truck I wanted was available and it was not
The location did not feel clean or safe. I am frustrated with the reservation system. My location was changed multiple times, each time to a more inconvenient location, even after speaking to someone directly on the phone. Half way through the process I had to cancel my original reservation and start over. I found a good solution, talked to the local rental location to confirm and then on the morning of my reservation I received a reservation location change, the six of the whole ordeal. It is completely unacceptable to change locations the morning of a move. It derailed our moving plans, but we had to conform with it at that point because we didn't have a choice. That is horrible customer service to change a pick-up location 8 am the morning of. I have always respected U-HAUL, and never had an experience like this. I don't know what has changed, but this was so frustrating that I may not use u-Haul again.
This is not the location I chose online to rent from.
My Experience with U-Haul in general was unpleasant. I had to drive extra miles to pick and drop off the truck though I selected a location near my house..
Excellent tires for my long trip. Convenient drop off. Vehicle performance better than expected. I was impressed overall to the point of joining the team. Keep us moving!

This location was fine. It was the fact that I made a reservation on April 29th for a 26ft truck and the day before Ava from the Houston call center calls to tell me they have no truck and will not have a truck for us. Then she finds me a 17ft truck ( not big enough to move a 5bd house) and I go to pick it up and they don't have it. And they are not even helpful all I hear is "I am sorry we don't have it" then what is a confirmation for when you don't even have that truck that I have a confirmation number for???? We had to leave behind huge items so we could move across country. I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with a company in my life.
Had a reservation at a different U-Haul but no truck. Called around and no trucks or trailers available. Just happened to drive by this location and saw several trucks in the parking lot. Luckily I was able to rent a truck and move today.

The very nice father and son that operated this location were great and had us on the road guickly. Really can't say much for my over all experience with U- Haul . After booking a truck 3 days before I needed it and going to the location I was confirmed to pick up that truck . I drove on the lot to be told that location didn't have any 26 ft trucks . So after a 40 min call to the scheduling office and another 30 mins driving time I pick up the truck I needed I was ready to start the move. I believe U - Haul needs to upgrade the way they track and schedule their vehicle Not a very good company
Air condition is rental was not working. Extremely hot and bad experience in the hot truck.

I was not informed that my truck was transferred to the Clay location until 9:24am, when my scheduled pick up time was 9:00am. I had to be told at the original pick up location that I was not in their system. The overall uhaul experience was extremely unprofessional and I plan to use other moving services going forward.
Everything went great! Very impressed with U-Haul products. This location did everything perfectly. The name of the cross street would have been helpful when trying to find the place in the dark.
I would have rather rented from a uhaul storage facility and not from an old repair garage/service station.
cab and windshield were not clean

Do not nickel and dime someone for miles over allowed limit, Places are not opened on Sunday to drop off, so get charged another day.
I didn't rent from this location. U-Haul changed from the location I wanted to rent from. I did not like this.
After all the negative of my uhaul experience I was just thrilled to get rid of it. Finding out I owed $400 more, even though I was still under the mileage, was like a kick in the throat. It wasn't his fault and there was nothing he could have done so I have nothing negative to say about the people at the drop off. I'm still just incredibly soured in the whole experience. Will not be using uhaul again for anything.
This facility accepted my 10 foot truck quickly and easily. I have already scheduled another truck for the next move when I locate my own apartment in a week or so. Thank you.
They canceled my original pick up point without informing me. First point of contact on Voss Houston Texas was negative.

We rented this small trailer to haul heavy Christmas gifts from Grandma's house to our home. We were happy to have it, because it rained. The service at both UHaul locations was wonderful. It's so simple, that we will rent again and again and again...

The people at this location are clearly out to rip any and everyone off. We received the truck with 3/4 tank of gas and returned it with that amount. They charged us $8.50 to gas it back up. We were also charged a $25.00 cleaning fee when we left absolutely NOTHING in the truck. They claimed we left "dirt" in the truck. We moved house furniture. None of it contained dirt. Also, they charged us an environmental fee. When we asked what that was, all they could reply with was, "it's U Haul." This location is a pigsty and it's clear they're only out to make a buck. I've NEVER been treated with utter disrespect and have never been ripped off this badly. I hope U Haul takes this survey seriously, and stops allowing these people to rent your materials. What an absolute disgrace. I should have only paid $50.00, but ended up paying $88.00!!!
I had made a reservation 2 months in advance for my husband,Donald Baggett to pick up a motorcycle trailer at the location on 290 and Fairbanks/N.Houston. When he got there the trailer was not available. He made arrangements to pick up another type trailer at the Clay road location. It was much bigger and heavier. But, since no motorcycle trailer was available, he made do.
I think it is really bad business. The motorcycle trailer is much lighter weight and easier to get the motorcycle on and off.
No problem with the folks at the Clay road location.
I believe the folks at 290 and fairbanks/n.houston are responsible for the mess up.
Was charged a clean-up fee that was not applicable. Rental location in an unsafe area. I would not recommend this location.
