I accidentally forgot to include my dolly with my rental return, and was given a chance to go get it and bring it back to the store before being charged for it. I feel I wouldn’t have been afforded this opportunity at the other Uhaul location I have used in the past. All around great experience, and I intend to use this location again for my rental needs.

Maureen SI feel u-haul should always keep a spare key at the location you pick it up. So charge the customer an extra $25.00 up front and refund it if not used. But the location will always keep that extra key. Otherwise, u-haul was very good to me. I always use u-haul.

RYAN SMakers and Taylor are wonderful to work with. We’ve rented the uhaul from this location before. The truck was clean and appears to be well maintained from appearances but couldn’t believe that it would run so rough. I thought it was going to stall out on while I was driving. It shakes and vibrates the entire time that it’s on. I think it may need to be overhauled.

LORI HEverything went extremely well. The staff at this location were really friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful especially when we had some issues with the reservation system. We tried mobile checkin but found a glitch when 2 drivers were entered. I wish I could remember her name but the nice lady at the counter helped us check in and was a joy to deal with. Store was clean and tidy and safe.
