Staff was incredible. Very nice and helpful. I’ve never experience such excellent staff at a uhaul in my life!!! Kudos to these two lovely ladies.

Great drop off. They were very courteous and helpful
BARBARA SWhoever rented the truck last left dirty on the inside and in the back along with some trash and legs to some furniture and there were potato chips left on the seat. I swept it out before I used it and after I used it. Excellent customer service though from the staff.

Barbara RThe trucks muffler was completely shot. You couldn't hear anything in the can at all. It also had some sort of fumes or smells that were constantly happening. The check engine light came on about 5 minutes into the trip.

Mark HI was told that they would be able to correct any problems with my contract at this location. When I turned my vehicle in I was told they could not help me. I had to contact U-Haul. It seemed like I was on the line forever with them. Each location should be trained to take care of any problems or errors with a contract.
Richard CCorrect your website to indicate you do NOT have dollies or furniture pads to rent, notify your customer that you don't when they rent those items! Had to sweep out used bandaids from the cargo area, pnuts scattered all under seats,windshield filthy. Will not rent from a small location not actually called Uhaul again.
