The woman that owns the store where I picked up the uHaul was VERY RUDE! She tells EVERYONE that comes by that all the trucks/trailers out there are not for rent. She actually told me she only has those out there for "looks" it makes her store look better! WOW! I had to show her how to check in and how to navigate the site. She kept asking for my driver's license and credit card (which was on file) but this woman is known for double swipping people's cards and overcharging them. She continued to take customers ahead of me and when I would ask, she would get very hateful and say she was trying to turn on the computer! She is NOT a good example for your company! As I said she tells others the equipment isn't for rent so she isn't letting the truck or trailers be rented. I ended up having to call uhaul to rent the truck. She td me NO it wasn't for rent but it's the same one the lady at uhaul ended up renting to me! She had told 3 other people before me last week that this same truck wasn't for rent! My advise is to pull your equipment from THAT location!

I went to drop the trailer off and thier Ipad needed updating. They told me to park the trailer and they would take care of it. I get a call a little over a week later from Uhaul wanting to know where the trailer is. I explained what happened and the lady on the phone took care of it. Just today, after 3 weeks, I get my receipt emailed to me. Just a horrible experience all around from both locations. Do better Uhaul! Do better!

natasha rThe fuel was at 1/8th of a tank. A truck should never be rented out that low. First, I didn’t know how much fuel it meant it had left or the mpg of the truck. I had to get fuel at the location to ensure I would make it home. Second, it is difficult to return that low, I returned it with a quarter of a tank. It said a quarter on rental, but I took a picture and it was not a quarter of a tank. So I ended up returning it with 6 or 8 gallons more. I should get that money back for the extra fuel.
