I was scheduled to drop off the trailer at 9:30 am on Yale Rd in Chilliwack on March 10/24 and I did. But, there was no one there, so I left the trailer and took time stamped pictures. I phoned Uhaul and left a message, but no response.

However, the discrepancy I had was another customer in line whom was rude not only to this wonderful lady that works at the uhaul, but to the other customers as well. I felt terrible for the employee having to deal with such harassment from such an individual. But as for the service….. couldn't have been better.

Western Road Dis L.I have never had such terrible service upon return of the trucks. Stephanie was beyond rude. I was told I was a liar. We in error filled up the truck full of fuel in both rental trucks which was just over 300.00. At first I was told there was nothing that can be done to reimburse this error and then eventually the story changed to be that we never returned the truck with a full tank of gas. Which is a lie. When my husband brought it back it was the first thing he said to the lady at the desk and she has admitted that. She never took the time to come out and do a walk around and verify with him. After many phone calls I was given an email address of a mason but after 2 weeks I assume he is not taking the time to respond to my email and concerns. An already stressful and expensive day has now become an even greater expense to us, these extra monies were definitely not in our budget. It is a terrible policy and I promise I will never use your service again and will let it be known to all of my family and friends how terrible of service I have received.

But I was rented out a trailer with a completely bald tire that blew mid-travel and a second wheel with a loose bearing that started falling off immediately after the first tire was changed. This sort of negligence put us in a lot of danger, particularly as we spent a significant portion of our trip in areas without cell reception and completely dark passes without much of a shoulder where semi's frequent.

I had signed up to check in with mobile phone but then realized I had no idea how to do it. Karen helped with everything and we were very pleased with her help and everything about the rental!

Joshua B.We arrived at 10 AM to find that the mobile check-in was not working. There was already a line of people to check in in person. When we got to the counter, the lady spent nearly 45 minutes searching for the keys to our assigned truck. We were extremely late for meeting people at our move. there was nothing offered to us to compensate for the inconvenience. The two women who were working that day were incredibly stressed and frazzled. It seemed that they were very understaffed for the first of the month when everyone would be moving.
