Very aggressive lady running this location, I hav requested to return at 12 PM but still lady asked me to return by 10 saying she has booking already, and threaten that if don’t return will call police. Very poor service at this location won’t even dare to go again

James SturgisWonderful location especially for Princeton community. There are many truck and van varieties most of the time and that's nice. One issue that you needs to be mindful of is the time it takes to get approved for truck rental. Once you are done filling the forms they still need to call some one for guarantee of safe return of the vehicle but this process can be painfully longer. I got two different details of where the key was. It took them 35 min to tell me where the keys were. The number given for customer service is automated and good luck speaking to a real person. Non contact key acquisition shouldn't be this hard. Maybe it's an isolate incidence. Other than that, great service though.

At one point I drove a mile down the road to speed up the upload. But then realized I had to come back to take a picture of the parking location of the truck. I wish I could have skipped the picture step.

SENGANE MBODJIThe U-Haul self return in the app needs to be more robust. I experienced issues with self return since the drop off area had poor internet reception. The self return service would time out and it took an unnecessary amount of time to return the truck due to the numerous photo uploads over spotty internet. The only alternative is to have a representative verify the return the next day for a service fee… which doesn’t seem fair given the situation that the self return option was frequently failing.

Patti woldMake sure the uhaul app works properly and has proper Wi-Fi or signal in the parking lot. Waited 45 mins to submit the turn in paperwork and had to contact customer service to complete the process. To have a location only be open until 3 is not good
DANIEL IBANEZWhen renting the truck, the key code was only shown once on the App, and once you missed it, you can't recheck it. I had to call a representative to obtain it, and it took me 30 min. When returning, I uploaded pictures to show a clean trunk and driving space. The app crashed, and the reservation was over when I logged back in.

One side suggestion - ask people where they are taking the van and remind them to take their own "Easy Pass" in case they encounter tolls. Very happy with my experience, van, and location.

I would not recommend U-Haul rental to Anyone, because EVERY time I tried to utilize the app, I was able to log in, yet was told I do not have any vehicle rental While I Was Sitting In The Truck !! There was nothing convenient about having to contact customer service during business hours when I could simply use the app.

James FarrellUninformed by U-Haul or blatantly cheating. Saturday 1/21/23 I returned the truck + auto transport at Corderos Auto Repair shop at 9:00pm. I ran the returning App (U-Haul Truck/Share) that Chantilly U-Haul guided me to do; answered all questions & took many photos of the truck + auto transport to avoid the $20 charge. January 23, I see a charge ($21.32) by Corderos Auto Repair lying that I returned the truck & auto transport at 11am Monday 01/23/2023 and they did the checking in for me, therefore they charge me $20 + tax. We did the checking in ourselves, not Corderos with U-Haul Truck/Share App.

Hans SandbergWe reserved a 20’ truck and 2 packs of furniture pads. They told us they didn’t have any furniture pads, called someone, and suggested to get them at another uhaul location in Trenton, which is 15-20 minutes away. We drove there and they didn’t have any furniture pads either. Apparently, nobody called them to check this.

Rahul MinkuriThe pricing at U-Haul is a scam. I saw advertised 40 cents a mile and was charged $1.00/mile and the dolly said $7 to rent is and I was charged $12. I also had my pick up location changed the day before which added more complications to our plan.
Tobin ClarkSuggestion: clean the in side of all windows. The accumulated grime caused glare when driving towards the sun. This was a long standing issue, I saw where multiple previous renters put suction cups for their phone / GPS. I would have cleaned the windows myself. but was on the clock and didn't bring Windex. Everything else was exactly as promised.
