David BWas told I was only charged $184.32, but was charged $224.35 AS WELL AS an additional $35 although nothing was late, gas was at same level as when picked up, and no damages incurred. I also chose the pickup truck but it was changed without giving me notice to a large 26’ truck I couldn’t afford, which is why I chose the pickup on the webpage. I was then overcharged as stated above and needed help paying even that as I couldn’t afford the large trucks and I only had enough storage for a small bedroom but no furniture. The large truck wasn’t needed but according to the site, you have multiple options but once there, was advised the large 26 trucks are all that’s available at that site. I need a refund, and will not be using U-Haul in the future.
Whitney SI was charged for gas when I returned it with the same amount I rented it with. I was charged $10 more per day than what the website stated. Now I have to call Uhaul and get this mess fixed. My time is valuable, but Uhaul doesn't seem to think so.
Amanda LDirty vehicle. There was someone’s dip,spit cup left in the door. The center console had food slopped on it. They overcharged for everything. The window roll down handle fell off in my hand,when I tried to roll the window down. They have hidden fee’s that aren’t listed. I will never rent from them again.

Shelby TMinutes before we were going to leave to pick up from the fort worth location (our original pick up) we received a text saying the location changed to a farther location and our pick up time went from 8am to 9am. And because of the last minute change up we had to wait for someone to be there to grab the keys even though we did the option that we could use our phone. This put us 2 hours behind. Not happy with this. We went with yall bc we thought our experience would be better than budget. Especially bc yall were more expensive but it was not worth that money.

deborah rThe guy that came out to check the truck after I went to return it tried to get me throw away trash that was left by the previous driver ( pictures were taken prior to me leaving as proof) the guy overall had no idea what he was talking about the other gentleman I dealt with at pickup was kind and helpful but overall the other guy at drop off needs not to handle the U-Haul side of things.
JONATHAN KThe truck was the worst rental vehicle I have ever used. In order to drive straight the steering wheel has to be held between a 30 and 45 degree angle. The brakes were spongy. The can was full of air leaks and lots of air noise. If this was the first time I used U-Haul, it would be my last time. It was also strange to go into a smoke/vape shop to rent the equipment. Not very inviting or family friendly.

Marcellina SPick up location sells marijuana paraphernalia. Truck was out of alignment and there was damage on the left front bumper causing the truck to not ride properly.

Christian CThe customer service specialist at the toll free number was not helpful at all & lacked knowledge. The mileage fee was more than the advertised price online, there was an unknown $20 fee tacked on at the end & there was an actual location closer to my home that had TWO of the vehicles I had reserved to begin with. The CS operator called the day before pickup to notify me the vehicle I reserved was not available so I would have a larger vehicle (more fuel) & it was farther away from my scheduled pickup that had been reserved online!! I am GREATLY disappointed the shoddy customer service & the OVERCHARGES on total bill. Shame on you U-HAUL for swindling money from a senior citizen!

Kyle RMy pickup location was changed due to lack of equipment. The new location abocpve was 30 minutes in the opposite dieprection. They did not have the hand truck or furniture pads
Thomas PUhaul changed my pick up location almost an hr out of the way for me. When I asked for a credit on the mileage and a credit on the dolly (only had an appliance dolly for more after i ordered reg one) I was ignored. Will not be using your service again. Pick up location sold drug paraphernalia. Nice clerk though.
Clayton BAfter rental payment, .99 cents a mile, and expect to charge gas on top of that. Pretty pathetic way of getting one over on the customer. Won’t rent anything else from uhaul.
Darren TWe were emailed by Uhaul to change our pick up location to a distant Fort Worth location to guarantee our 15 ft truck. They had zero trucks so then we were sent to Azle,TX which was even farther away from Keller. This cost us considerable time and additional fuel expense to rent from Uhaul. Terrible experience overall. I am looking for a credit on an item I purchased in advance but didnt use in the move. the queen size mattress cover. I would also like another $30.00 reduction for the ridiculously handled reservation.
Randy MThis was the 2nd location I had to go to to get my trailer. The 1st location (that a received confirmation) simply said that she didn't have it. When I arrive at Always super save, the attendant does the paperwork and points me toward the trailer. I had to watch a YOU Tube video on how to hook it up.
Lawrence GTrucks were parked on the grass. There's a HUGE parking lot. No need for it to be on the grass

robert eAt the end of using the U-Haul he tried to charge another 8.90 but I rented it Friday at 2:51 and brought it back Saturday at 4pm. He took the keys and never checked everything while we was there.

heidi kPick up location got moved last minute but it was closer to the house. There was not an available appliance dolly at any location nearby but they refunded that amount.
Wayne BI have been double charged for this rental, overcharged for mileage and fuel and cannot get a response as to why. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone I know based on this experience and lack of customer support.
