Received a receipt via email and I got charged a “cleaning fee” and asked they said it was due to the keys being locked in the car and having to jump it, I got charged a “cleaning fee” for faulty equipment the truck locking me out and I went inside letting them know hey the car was unlocked I have it turned for accessory mode as I’m using the app to end my use of the vehicle and needed to take pictures I stepped out and the door closed and it automatically locked me out, the person inside basically said oh that truck does that and said they would handle it, I never left with any other information or even the total because they said they would call me, I never got a call instead I got an email with more fees. I also had scheduled my Uhaul with a furniture dolly, never got a dolly either. seems like even though they knowingly knew of this vehicle having a defect they decided to add a “cleaning fee” Interesting I even returned the vehicle hours earlier and put more gas than needed.
Mark WalkerThese small Uhaul dealers are there to prey on customers, first of all, you have no choice but to pay their insurance coverages. Second you have to give them an estimated mileages you might be traveled. Third before I walked out the door with the key, she quoted the fuel level a par higher than it actually was, and I have a photo to prove that. At last she charged a cleaning fee of 25 bucks for returning the truck exactly as how I picked up. I suggest that if you have to rent a moving truck, go the main Uhaul dealership they would served you better. I would not recommend any individual small dealership Orem!

Adrian BoucheI ordered 6 blankets, and it didn’t say that they weren’t available there. Also I could not load my drivers license, and the app would go to black screen when I tried to get an address, making me start over and over. Pretty frustrating!
