This is a run down, poorly kept gas station in a bad neighborhood.
Just keep doing what you are doing.
This U-Haul Would not answer its phone but always let the customers phone roll over to the fax mode.
Nothing, the owners of the store were very friendly and professional.
Customer service was very rude and threatened to press charges for a trailer THEY lost. Watch out for these Indian idiots!
When we arrived to pick up our truck we had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to arrive as he was at home. We were there at our scheduled pick up time. The computers were down so they could not print our rental contract and charged us more than what was originally quoted. We have repeatedly tried to contact them and they do not answer their phones.
Not familiar with this location but was told by UHaul that I had to drop off here or get charged more. Was not told this when I rented trailer. People were very nice at drop off but place was a convenient store-not impressed
Had to wait on the owner to arrive about 20-25 minutes. Other clerks could not handle the rental. Owner was helpful in that we did not have the proper hitch. He directed us to a retail place close by to purchase one.
Horrible experience, called the ownr to drop off my dolley and to renew the rental and he charged me an extra day for the dolley and never renewed the rental, causing late fees and doubled the rate I would be paying for on the rental.
I would like to speak to a representative to get my price properly reflect my rental.
Good grief, are you guys serious? No signage, couldn't even tell it was a U-Haul place until I found a clerk inside to ask!
Truck had to be swept clean. Gas level was marked incorrect. Attendant had left just before the appointed pickup time - corrections & rental had to be completed over the phone. Recommend next customer to not accept this location.
The lady was very nice & helpful
The truck blew two fuses so car transporter lights wouldn't work and delayed travel 3 hrs Also I prefer to get uhaul from a place where uhaul is primary focus
Why is this location so close to another that had way more options/equipment available.

We almost died. Our trailer breaks locked up and the trailer came off our hitch on the highway. We were offered nothing to make up for our near death experience. Will not use again. Ever.
The signage was not very visible. There was only one person on a Sunday and he was new (his 1st day and they left him alone?). He didn't ask if I put gas, what the mileage was, were there any new dents or scratches, if I had returned all equipment, and wanted to keep ALL my paperwork. He said he would have his manager call me in about an hour, but they NEVER did.

The trailer that I picked up had a flat tire.
The location that I picked up the trailer was not an official u-haul location and so I had to drive to another location to pick up a ball and ball mount.
When I asked the U-haul technician to mount the ball to the ball mount, the ball was mounted incorrectly (I read the instructions later). One plastic washer was installed between the ball and the ball mount and the second installed between the ball mount and the metal washer on the nut side. The ball would not stay tight and caused the trailer to sway side to side. The cotter key below the nut may have been the only thing that kept the ball from falling off.
the trailer was fine but the location for pickup was in a very bad part of town and the trailer was in a very muddy grassy area.
Have the clerks come out with the customers to do a walk around instead of yapping her mouth behind the counter I had the worst experience ever with haul. I have ever had this kind of treatment or experience with haul in the past..
make sure ur trucks r in good condition before u pass it on to someone else especially if there moving over a hundred miles the dam truck ran hot! halfway there the radiator busted & would not hold any coolant!!! it was a very frustrating experience i could not reach anybody by phone or online! not even roadside assistance this was sunday evening all i got was a all customer assistance r busy at this time please hold for the next available customer representitive which never happen!!!!!
This store is unorganized and understaffed (one person) to be trying to run a convenience store and take care of rental customers needs.
The owners were very polite. Unfortunately, when I dropped it off, the employees working had no idea what to do. I left wondering if everything was taken care of. I had the trailer for 1 day and less than 5 hours, was charged for 2 days. Not sure if I was charged correctly. At any rate, it was a fairly easy and reasonably inexpensive way to move. Thanks.
They didn't help put the trailer onto the trailer hitch, me and my dad did it all and they never came out to check the trailer to make sure it was properly hitched. We had no adapter for the trailer lights and drove the trailer to the house with no lights. The trailer drove really rough and I had no left blinker all the way to my destination.
She said just to leave the keys and that was it. Didn't ask for my name or anything. Not sure if that's procedure but it wasn't a bad experience
Vehicle has tire out of balance or something causing vibration.
Very tight parking lot, with potholes that have to be driven through to get and drop off trailer. Was assisted loading- but my nephew had to unload. I'm used to the service given at the Sam Houston location. This company needs to understand why people reserve trailers at certain locations . Customers that come back have reasons they do.
Better parking. Also I happened to know where it was, but the description in the system was confusing to the pick up location personnel.
be more specific.e.g. u haul storage,gas station,grocery store, I had hard time to find that place
and when I finally found it the u haul sign was on the ground. They only have the u haul sticker on the door
there was fade cracker barrel #3 sign way up 50 feet off the ground
Agent was not knowledgeable with U-Haul procedures.
this area is a bad locates , I have live all life in Victoria and don't go to that side of town . So please make changes to this locate. Thank you
Not allow this location to rent u-haul's at all. Area kept was muddy and rough terrain. Had to have a 4x4 just to pull it out and almost got stuck.
Have more employees working in the store to help Uhaul customers rent the vehicles much faster.
There wasn't even a uhaul representative, just the store clerk who told me he would take pictures of gas and milage. I had no choice but to trust him.
install reverse light working proper to avoid any traffic ticket.
Trailer had several cigarette butts and other debris that I had to clean up before loading
Nothing wrong with this actual location. I cannot say that about calling the U-Haul national number to set up reservation. They changed my pickup location twice. Then, told me the truck was not available in Ferriday and I would have to pick up from a location over 60 miles from my original scheduled pickup location of Natchez,MS. The only reason I was able to pick up in ferriday,la was through direct contact with that location. I own several radio stations and constantly move equipment, furniture, etc. I tried U-Haul for the first time on this project and was left with a sour taste in my mouth. My use other companies from here on out. Very dissatisfied with U-Haul national service.
It took 45 minutes to just get the paperwork done...The inside of the U haul was dirty..Guy was rude
Checkout was very slow at this location during pickup. The individual tried sending me to another location even though pickup location had already been verified.
They had me call someone else via cell phone to complete the entire process over the course of 30 minutes with nobody else to take care of.
This pickup location is in a rough area. I will avoid this location in the future.
Uhaul rep was not onsite, had to do the pick up over the phone with person.
location was not easy to navigate in.
On drop off, person on duty told me they don't work for uhaul so they didn't care what I did with the trailer I rented.
Everything was good. Nothing to improve.
The owner was very nice and knowledgeable when I reserved and went to pick up the truck but when I returned it taht night the girl at the place knew nothing about uhaul rentals and was so very rude and ugly to me and no help at all. I was very uncomfortable returning my truck to her and concerned as to what my card was going to be charged. THEn the next day I tried to call the location back to speak to the owner to clarify and she would never answer. NOr did shse call me which she was supposed to. THis was a horrible location and not a place to rent a uhaul from.
