I turned the vehicle in with 3/4 of a tank of gas (just like it had when I picked it up). I turned the vehicle in after hours, but did not record my final milage. I can accurately estimate that to 290 miles, plus or minus ten. Then I get my receipt. It reflects 332 miles, and 1/4 tank of gas. I conclude the truck was used for another rental after I turned it in, and I was charged for the gas and mileage. Quite peeved.

it would be helpful to have a sign that indicates that there is a U haul location at this address.
Kenneth CookeThe location is convenient but there is only one small sign to identify it as a UHAUL dealer. The only reason I was able to find it was the presence of single HHAUL van in the parking lot. I don't have a problem with it but did not realize the dealer was also a head shop.
david carlandLast letter of lock was hard to move when lock has tension on it. Everything else was smooth, thank you!
Megan MooreThis drop off location was a pot smoking pipe shop which was closed and again had to do everything through the phone. UHaul customer service should tell customers which locations are actually UHaul service centers and not drop off locations. Also don't make guarantee promises when customers get to locations and trucks are not available.
DAVID PONTEDoor was locked, with a sign that read "ring bell for service." There was no bell. Interior was very smoky and customer service was poor. Only option for taking drivers license was a link to a site that was buggy...took multiple attempts to get to work. Vehicles were covered in snow and no brushes or scrapers were provided. Vehicles were parked in a way that made it difficult to get out.
Jesse Landis-EigstiThere was no Dropbox. The store didn’t open upon regular business hours making a timely return impossible. Luckily your team recognized I was not the reason for the return being an hour late but that nobody was there to receive the keys.
merlin mccleskeyThey did not have a very clean truck garbage and trash in cab and the inside was not swept. no-one came out to go thru the vehicle with me and while the person inside was friendly enough, no additional customer service was available.
Tracie RossmanGreat customer service!!!
Carl GradelThanks
Ryan DadmunCustomer service was not friendly or helpful. The original pick up location was changed last minute and I was not notified of the change and showed up to the original place. I had to drive 30 miles out from my residence to pick up the U-Haul… because it was so far out I had to purchase an additional set of miles to be covered for that entire trip. U-Haul should reimburse the cost to pick up due to the change that I wasn’t made aware of.
Priscilla MunizVery nice and helpful. He met me at the truck right after I pulled in and was ready to start the check-in process.
Kenneth PippinI wasn’t able to download my drivers license, so the man at the uhaul place did it. I was not comfortable with him having my license plate on his phone, but he said that it doesn’t stay on it. I’m hoping he was correct. Maybe you could look at your end and improve on this step in the contract process.
Debra SpearsDude at the place you pick it up from is cool
Victor MunozWhen I picked up the vehicle there was a crack in the windshield, but the person at the store didn't even point it out to me when he took me to the vehicle. After I pointed it out to him, he told me to take a picture of it and upload it, which worked well.
Charles LewinsohnArrived at the pickup location to be told my truck was somewhere else. Other location was closed so I was unable to verify if it would actually be there. Was told I was called to confirm the location, phone records prove this to be completely false. Employees repeatedly had to call REMOTE supervisor for guidance, both being extremely profane on speakerphone and ultimately getting nowhere. Offered to comp my Uber to the next location (very kind), then SENT ME TO THE WRONG ADDRESS requiring a third Uber to the proper location without any guidance on how to find the truck parked in an alley behind a shopping complex. Uhaul website wouldn't let me check in until GPS tagged me close enough to the truck, which was parked out of sight behind the shopping center. Forced to proceed with the "truck share" check-in pics in the dark in an alley in November. It took me over two hours to pick up this truck. I would rather annoy friends to help me move than go through this process again.
Maxwell LangevinThe Gentleman was very nice. He was unaware of our pick up, so it took a while to get through our paperwork. He was very good and apologized for the time. The reservation center needs to communicate with the customer and the pick up location. We had to go to two different places to get a truck that was reserved in advance.
