The owner has a terrible attitude towards the customer!!!
Ronaldo CruzThe location was wet and muddy. It's a bit chaotic in the layout. If the owner wasn't there I would have been confused about where to leave the trailer on the property, but since he was there to guide me where he wanted it everything worked out fast and easy.
Seth FurseI was insured that my trailer would be ready for pick up by 9:30am the trailer was not ready, and the location had nobody there. When I called, the guy said he would get there when he could. He showed up around 10:00 am and began taking his sweet time checking in other equipment. The gentleman was rude and very rash. I did not git my trailer hooked up and on the road till 10:30 am which made my day and through my whole plan off.

Kristin EngebretsenThe guy that helped me was a real jerk. The truck was clean and over a quarter of a tank and he still charged me more. Also when I picked u the truck it only had an eighth of a tank of gas. And dirty. I washed the truck at a car wash. I spent 40 dollars before l took it back at 3:30 when it was due the next day.. not happy about the cost or service. Plus l think he still has my charge card with Christmas l haven’t called to see but cancelled the card.

Lowell HuberThe guy running the location was nice. I think people might have an issue with him because he's not there to be chummy. He's a nice guy and fun to talk to if you give him a chance but could be a little corky or blunt at times. The office space was a mess tho, but I guess it's part of a tow yard so to be expected.

Justin BensonThe Uhaul equipment was available and was clean. The man who operates the Uhaul business is very critical of his boss and his "boss's boss." He spoke poorly of other Uhaul employees as well, people I knew personally who were stellar and great Uhaul employees. His office is very dark and I felt uncomfortable there. When seated in the driver's seat, he tried to reach across my chest to open up the console between the seats. I quickly moved out of the driver's seat to the passenger's seat. This place is not your typical Uhaul business facility.

Eric HansonMy appointment was for 9:00 and I was there at 9:01 but I had to wait for someone to get there. I called the number and the person was not very friendly and simply said he was on the way. He arrived about 15 minutes late and therefore my scheduled was delayed. Otherwise, no problems and the worker simply needs to work on better customer service and being nice.

Marva ThornockWorst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The D&D location was horrible and rude. It was filthy and the entire interaction with the staff was outrageous. Nothing but rude remarks and scoffs through the whole rental. DEFINITELY do not recommend them.

The drop box did not seem very secure, so I called and whoever answered was rude and had an attitude of "why are are you bugging me". Wouldn't recommend doing business with DD Heavy Towing.

Howard DunnIf you are not familiar with the area it’s not a convenient location, it’s dirty and smells. The customer service was unbelievably abrasive. The man running this location is a self proclaimed genius that knows more about EVERYTHING than anyone else. My son and I are not from the Logan area. We drove from Riverdale to pick up the truck and vehicle tow trailer. We didn’t have the exact address and put “Uhaul” in the gps. The GPS took us to a closed location, realizing we obviously had the wrong location, we called to get the address. The man was rude and condescending. When we arrived, we apologized, he began to scold us for not using “common sense”. “It’s not that difficult” he said “everything is built in a grid”. He was completely insulting. He informed us that Siri and Google are owed by the same company, there directions are not accurate. My last name is hyphenated. He repeatedly asked what my legal last name was. He insisted my last name was too long to be accepted by the system. I was at a loss, I said “do you want my legal name or do you wanna pick one for me” I don’t usually write a negative review. I work in customer service myself and I’m pretty understanding.

Steven LewisI called d&d towing to ask them what time I was to return the truck, as I hadn’t seen on the reservation page or remembered what the person told me when I was picking it up. He was really rude and said, ”well we don’t just lend these out for days” and “you should’ve looked at your contract because you missed all of the information on there.” Turns out I didn’t look at the contract to see the turn in time was 11:30, which was completely my mistake/fault, so I hurried to empty the truck, and went to return it at D&D towing by 1:30. The office there was very messy, wasn’t sure where to go, and dimly lit. Once I got there, the guy quickly changed his tab (it looked like he was looking at sexual content on his computer) he didn’t even turn to look at us. Overall a really poor experience. And the guy wasn’t nice, welcoming, or helpful—in anyway.

Tell him to improve or to close his doors because whether he likes it or not, he has a customer service job and needs to be less of an ass.
Gage ReederThe man who attended me was the most unpleasant individuals I have ever dealt with. He told me to back the trailer next to another trailer. So I did. He then came out after I backed in the trailer and complained that it wasn’t close enough to the other trailer. I had to ask where where exactly I should back it in. He then noticed a rock which was apparently not where he wanted it and accused me of placing it where he saw it. I would never use this location again, and I’ll will advise all I know to never use it.

Donakd MorganThe experience at this Uhaul location was absolutely horrible. When we first arrived he was not even at the location. Then when he finally arrived the process took a long time and the office space was super outdated and dirty. Will never rent there again.
Justin BurkeyI don't consider this place to be honest and fair. Talking to Terry (Regional Manager) on the day of return. UHaul was returned same day as rental agreement although I had 24 hours, He promised no additional charges. I was charged an extra day, when it was checked in two days later. I was referred to another manager named Clint, who cannot return phone calls. Hard to communicate with. I have not disputed charges with my bank because I expect Uhaul to step up. I am not sure that I will rent from UHaul again. Up to now, I have had no problems with UHaul, but I have had a good experience with Penske and Ryder.
