I did a self drop off the area felt a little u safe the area where you have to drop truck off and take photos had large mud puddles. Otherwise self drop off process was seamless

Richard PCustomer service rep was very nice and helpful, but furniture dolly, utility dolly and furniture pads that were ordered were not available. The truck was also dirty in the back with dirt and some debris. Customer service and courtesy--excellent (he apologized for equipment issue and said they don't have those items so this is a UHaul scheduling issue Truck and equipment--Below Average Overall Average
