Mason was so wonderful to us. We let him know that in the late 1980s-early 1990s, my grandfather and great uncle owned the gas station where this location is! We were using that can to help us move my grandfather. Mason and I had a nice conversation about that. Thank you! We will use this service again for any local moves we do.

Linda IThe people at the location were pleasant. But the vehicle had 136,000 miles on it and it looked it. The cargo area was in poor condition and the location provided blankets (without charge) to cover the entire floor because I would not put belongings on the filthy bare floor. (When I first looked in there were globs of what looked like oil.) There were two very new looking trucks of the same size on the lot and I asked to use one of those. I was told that they were leased to others for one way use the next day. When I returned two days later on a Sunday, they were still on the lot. I rented a UHaul truck in Florida a few years ago for local use. That truck was in even worse condition. I will likely need a local truck again in a week. It won’t be a UHaul.

Gweneth KThere was confusion and I was charged twice. I picked up the truck and said I'd come back a day later to get the car carrier, but then we got 8" of snow and the people I hired to move my stuff cancelled, I was a day and a half late. I went back and I was told they cancelled my car carrier, but kept my deposit and I had to rebook at twice the rate. I had to have the car carrier, so I paid again. On drop off in CHANTILLY VA I was told I had two outstanding open contracts and had been charged twice. It's still being sorted out. The people helping in West Chester were nice and helpful.

Constantinos MScheduled 7:30am to pick up the vehicle, when I arrived at 7:30am had to wait for 10 minutes with NO other customers insight. I retuned the vehicle on Wednesday (11/22) at 6:58pm...Yet, still charged for the FULL rental...WOW THAT'S CRAZY! U-Haul should really consider finding another part for the area.

Joe WIt ended up working out great for me, but I reserved a 20 foot truck online and they did not have one. Apparently the online ordering system isn’t accurate at all, as it let me order a 20 foot truck from there when they did not have one. They ended up having a 26 foot truck which worked out perfectly. The employee working provided excellent service, great customer service skills. Thank you, will recommend and use again if ever needed!

James AI disagree with the arbitrary fuel reading and subsquent billing of a fuel service fee and billing of 5 gallons of fuel at $6 per gallon. I picked the truck up with a quarter tank of gas and dropped it off with the same. Disappointed in the unexpected extra charges.
Scott STruck broke down after loading. It took 7 hours to get a mechanic and 2 tow trucks (the first one did not show) to deliver the loaded truck to the 20 mile destination.

Michael D2 different rental agreements were made by Twin Locus Barns instead of one. I was contacted by U-Haul about picking up the second one. I told them it was a mistake made by TLB. So they cancelled the extra reservation. However they cancelled the wrong one so upon drop off they had the wrong truck info. My truck was 1/2 full and returned slightly above that but that info was cancelled. U-Haul charged me $48 for gas up to 7/8 full which was the truck I never rented in the first place.
Joshua RThe location was great but we originally reserved our 26 foot truck in downingtown and were notified last minute that they no longer had it available. This location was flexible in getting us a 20 foot truck at the time we needed for our move but it was an inconvenient location and we weren’t able to fit all our furniture and had to make 2 trips.
Andrew RDanny at the DML location is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely use this location again, even though a nearby competitor has a lower mileage rate for similar trucks.
Michael BI would never want to rent from here ever again. I spent to much money. I couldn’t drop off the truck to another U-haul location. I had to bring back to where I got it. Spent extra money for extra miles when I didn’t need too. Places like this shouldn’t have them. Even so say these U-haul truck are only for local use.

jennifer mVery well run U-haul. I walked in and immediately was greeted. Vehicle was ready, fueled, and clean. Vehicle was in good driving condition. Drop off of vehicle was easy as well. Dropped off keys and they email you your receipt 5 minutes after I left.
NOEL PThe truck had engine light on the whole time. The gear sometimes jerks. The cabin light doesn't go on when you open up the car. Had trouble finding how to turn it on. You charge too much for mileage.
DIANA CI signed up online and added furniture matts/rugs. They were not in the truck... UHAUL needs to do a better job of reviewing with customer all ala carte items ordered for the engagement
