Anthony MuellerThe door hinge on the driver side was broken causing the door to not shut all the way and the wind to tunnel in the car, so I had to open the passenger window to stop it in sub 20 degrees weather. It was a choice of freezing or have a headache. Secondly the inside of the cab had sand all over the seats and the cargo bay was full of dirt and mud upon pickup. I cleaned it before loading as to not get it all over everything I packed. I have had 2 experiences using U-Haul, the first was impeccable and not a thing wrong this time was not the same story, it added more time and stress to my planned move out and I would not rent from them again.

jonathan titcombI was sent to this location because my local U- Haul didn’t have the size truck I needed, so already I’m looking at about 50 miles of additional charges. I reserved a 10 foot truck and when I got there the two trucks that had been there were gone.They had not been returned. I was resigned to take a 15 foot truck at the higher rate and it had not been returned clean.

After using credit card with your company, the card got hacked, so no , not happy with UHaul an will never use again an will share this experience online, will post every where

Chris DemondEasy to find and access location. You don’t have to worry about trying to squeeze the trucks in and out of tough spots as it’s a huge parking lot and there is a car wash and vacuum on site!

casey bonasThe only issue I have is that I called to reserve a truck 3 days before I needed it and was told that the truck is reserved but I should check on it the day before to make sure the truck is still available. Not sure why I needed to do that if the truck was reserved for me on that date.
Rick VeyseyThe photos taken of the uhaul that were supposed to show the existing damages were all dark as they were taken in a service bay. Better quality photos should be taken next time.
Mark FountainThe store owner was extremely unprofessional. He got angry with m & demanded the truck back 12 hours early. Nobody would believe what he hung on my car door, but I took a video. UHaul does not care about any of this and told me it wasn’t their problem. I will NEVER use UHaul again!!! Also: be aware that prices change repeatedly from reservation to final sale. My mileage change went from .79 per mile to 1.00 to 1.09. The insurance charge changed twice as well. UHaul has become a very shady business with zero customer service.

Karen BrierePerson running the counter seemed as though not fully trained and couldn’t answer all questions I had. I’ve rented from uhaul before so luckily I had an idea what to expect. Truck hadn’t been gone thru as was smelly inside the cab and seemed unaware of my arrival. Overall things went fair so couldn’t complain much but a more alert trained person behind the counter would’ve left me with a better experience. I believe some customers might not have handled it as well.
