Brad DI had already unhooked and moved the trailer to an open parking space. He came out to greet me and was quite disappointed that I had already unhooked and parked it. He was very quick to check the trailer in and get me on my way.

GLORIA VEverything at this location was awesome however, Uhaul Corp was trash. I tried to reserve a truck roughly 2 weeks in advance, I would got 3 emails stating uhaul would call by 5:00 PM on 3 occasions to confirm location and truck. Never got a call. When I called, I was told either someone would call me back or I have to wait until the Thursday b4 I needed the truck. This makes it hard to plan. Again never got a call. I had to call again on Thursday and wrestle with the call center agent & finally, they committed a time and truck. When I arrive to pick up the truck there was 4 trucks, 3 not committed to anyone for the time I needed the truck. Uhaul Corp is a disappointment and I am surprised your locations are happy with you if this is the way you handle your local agents. I hope you can find senior management that is dedicated to the customer and fixes a few things or the cherished Uhaul name will go down in flames.

asong fThe folks at Rustic River are great to work with. Very friendly and very helpful. I also like their location as there is plenty of room to maneuver. I have used UHAUL in the past in the Albuquerque area and those locations are always so tight and small that it can make maneuvering a challenge. I would definitely recommend Rustic River to anyone.
