It was clean… but the vehicle was struggling to function, as in had issues getting up the hill. Even when unloaded you could feel the transmission hard shifting and a lack of power. The location is the only thing saving this place

The person I spoke to seemed completely aloof and unable to address the issue I reported regarding the pile of blankets and hand truck left in the truck. He said someone else would inspect the truck and take pictures the next day. The next day I did not receive a call from anyone relating to this issue, and noticed that my CC had been charged a “cleaning fee,” which put my frustration with U-Haul over the top. Very poor way to do business. I’ll get my truck from someone else next time.

U-Haul does everything in their power to upcharge customers and conceal extortionate charges, and their dedicated customer service team will bend over backwards to be rude and unhelpful if you have the audacity to dispute any ounce of their highway robbery. You've made Penske customers for life! Note that this is a problem if corporate greed and this location has nothing to do with it.

I received 3/4 of fuel on that truck when I rented it on the 5th of AUG. Don't know if the previous clerk checked the fuel usage before I got it.

I declined coverages and was charged for them anyways. Not all requirements for rental were stated prior to the reservation, such as requiring additional phone numbers. Your organization is difficult to deal with and I'll look elsewhere in the future.

I filled up the truck to above the amount of gas I picked it up with AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION before turning in the keys and was still charged another $40 for gas.

Over the course of February, my family rented 3 U-Hauls in the Bremerton area, and the Texaco location hands down was our preferred, that's why we rented two of the three from them! The staff are friendly, and they have reasonable prices on vital supplies like energy drinks ;) Should we need another U-Haul, we will be requesting it from this location and these wonderful people! My only suggestion is this location is MUCH closer to Silverdale and Bremerton, so the "Poulsbo" moniker might be a tad confusing for some.

We were given a truck with a hole in the roof! A bunch of our stuff got wet and/or ruined! Including 2custom built gaming desktop towers, a box of family photos, legal documents, keepsake family items, and more. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

The drop off location was okay, friendly employees. The problem was when I arrived I wasn't sure it was the correct place, there were no other uhaul truck,trailers, or equipment on site and didn't even see a uhaul sign to at least indicate that I was at the right place. I had to go in and ask. This was a texaco gas station as the drop off location. At least put up a uhaul sign.

I had a particular situation because it U-Haul was vandalized, and so it was a bit hectic trying to figure out what to do with the U-Haul. But the owner of this location seemed to not understand that I wasn't doing a regular return because of the damage to the truck, and he insisted on the key to check the odometer to complete the return, which was simply not possible. It took a bit back and forth for him to understand that working with roadside assistance, I wasn't doing a regular return, and that did not help my situation very much.

This did not appear to be a normal U-Haul store. Instead, there was a pickup truck with a U-Haul official who checked the truck in efficiently. I had been granted the extra mileage and days, but no compensation for the extra fuel and bridge toll i had to pay to get the truck to the Moses Lake Museum to pick up my load of art. I feel I am owed $94.24 for gas and $6.25 for the bridge toll. I can document these expenses.
