German BI truly don't think that anything was done wrong on the part of where I picked the truck up. I just think that there was a miscommunication on someone's part as to when I was to drop off the truck. I did everything I was supposed to do and still was charged extra!! I'm a little confused about this and it is so upsetting!!!! The experience started out great and went well throughout the move then I received an email telling me to take the truck to a certain place, not even anywhere near where I was!!!! As a matter of fact, I passed 4 or 5 U-Haul places to get to this one!!!! I was told to have the truck back by 4:53pm on Sunday evening, I was back at 3:35 on Sunday. They charged me for being late!!!!! W T F IS THE PROBLEM!!!?????
TANDI LI was charged for one extra day when I never had the vehicle and hand I was not very happy and nobody would do anything about it so therefore you stole money from me I will probably never go back to U-Haul ever again

Timothy HThe floor in the back of the truck looks like it was welded to fix something but had come loose and so the hole was there and you could see the ground. We had to be sure not to trip over this and risk falling through.
