The only think I have to say is that the pickup location was 30 min further then the original request.

louis pTruck and trailer under snow and I've had to remove snow and deiced the truck as well. Not supposed to do that when i pay to have a pickup ready. I should be compensated for that and this is what I wait for.

Remi TOnly those working in that field could know the sizes, weights, and specs of the vehicle for rent by heart. Not all customers need to know that beforehand. There's when Good Customer Service could be greatly improved since the customer comes first; google comes later. The vehicle didn't seem to be in optimal condition

Daniel MIl a charger plus cher que le prix que vou maver fait à 89 le kilomètres lui il a mis 143 le kilomètres charge pour le gaz 2 fois les taxe et et la il étais presque à la même place lui il a mis 7/8 et la boite il avait des truc qu'il respecte le prix et pas 2 fois les taxeet la je vais être remboursé qand il a quelqun qui va me contacter
Eric OI reserved a motorcycle trailer. I received a phone call from U-Haul before my rental telling me that it was not guaranteed the motorcycle trailer would be available at that location and the person changed my reservation to a 5’X9’. I asked if it was the same price otherwise I would change location and was told it was. When I picked up the trailer it was not the same price and the clerk said he could not help me. I tried to phone U-Haul 4 times to clarify, but it was impossible to reach customer service. I ended up having to take the trailer since the other location that had a motorcycle trailer was closed. Not a good experience when the guy on site refuses to help and when you can’t speak to a person. You should not have told me the reservation was changed at no extra cost if it wasn’t the case. I will think twice about renting with U-Haul in the future. If someone does read these messages, give me a call.

Andre LMa réservation avait été fais 3 mois d'avance. Ma réservation était pour vendredi à 16h jusqu'à samedi à midi. Uhaul ma annoncer que ma location commençais a 18h30 le vendredi et je devais rapporter le camion à 6h30am le samedi sinon dès frais aurais été ajouter. J'ai essayer de parler à un représentant mais personne pour me répondre. Ils m'ont envoyer la confirmation en texto a 17h45 aucun moyen de communiquer a personne. J'ai du faire le double du kilométrage pour prendre le camion donc il mont charger plus de kilométrage.J'ai du devancer mon déménagement à cause de uhaul. Donc je recommande à personne le service uhaul. Grosse compagnie mais aucun service Une vrai compagnie de mange merde. En plus le camion tombais en ruine JE RECOMMANDERAI JAMAIS UHAUL compagnie de trou cul....
frederic bNous avons changé la prise de possession du véhicule de la ville de at-Jean-sur-Richelieu à Farnham. Cela m’a occasionné des frais supplémentaires car mon déménagement était de Laval à st-jean sur Richelieu. Je demande à ce que la portion trajet et essence entre les deux villes me soient remboursés
Michel MLes propriétaires sont très gentils, je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec eux. Le service est excellent! Les heures d'ouvertures sont larges donc nous ne sommes pas restreints au moment d'aller chercher/retourner l'équipement. Je paie pour les journées d'utilisation seulement, aucun extra farfelue comme d'autres établissements se plaisent à faire payer aux clients. Je recommande chaudement!
Trycia BI had my refund 2 weeks after I returned the truck. I had to call several times to get my problem solved. Different people in the same organization say different things that means there is a lack of organization and the information is not well centralized
Tchakoumegne SBest location I've been to. Very nice people there and it was a simple visit to get the U haul truck. Thank you again for the good experience since I've never had a good experience with u haul before. other u haul stores should take some notes

Normand BTres bon service a la caisse ainsi que des explications clair sur le fonctionnement. La proprete du camion laissais a désiré par contre, aucun déchet mais des taches partout sur le tableau de bord et au sol.

Pierre LThe brop key box was full of snow. Couldn't use it. The personnel could not speak french and I'm not even sure that I could speak English as well. Strange to say, but we are in a community that should at least speak french or english.
