I was told that i could drop off the rental in the area that i was traveling to and then a location was chosen for me after i'd returned the rental. I was then charged a fee for returning the rental to the wrong location which was about 75 miles south of my destination.

HENRICK TThis location is fine, but uhaul as a whole is a terrible company, overcharges, had to call multiple times to fix the problem they created. I made a reservation online for a 15ft truck and car dolly, they sent the notification and wouldn’t you know you can’t pick up a car dolly on a weekend with no one there, good job uhaul now we had to waste over an hr staying on the phone with you just to be told to go to a different pick up site for the car dolly. Everyone we spoke to gave different responses to the questions, so I guess uhaul needs to actually train their employees or have a company meeting on policy. I would never go back to uhaul and would expand every other option before giving them money.

I was grateful to have the opportunity to use the 24/7 drop off service, rather than have to return when the facility was open.

Rita JI returned the truck and trailer earlier then expected in hopes of being able to speak to someone. The location was closed but had a sign be back a 2pm. I used the app to continue the return of the equipment. Additionally, parking for U-Haul equipment was very limited.
