worst experience i've ever had with UHaul I never got a prep call like I was told. I was also told I was getting a call to discuss a credit. Haven't heard a word. So disappointed.

Customer service through the phone number was atrocious. The first location I was told to drop off the vehicle informed me they stopped taking U-Haul 3 months ago. When I contacted customer service to find an updated location nearby, I was bounced around from representative to representative for 40 minutes. It was incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that can’t even get the basic functions done properly.
