Really don't know how to rate this site. The store which used to be a BBQ eatery, really isn't open. You just drop the Uhaul off in a open parking lot. It worked out fine, because I called their number and Jade told me she would check it in, like they do for all their customers. Good thing, because once again, the app didn't work. But the open lot with no real store was a different experience than we've had with multiple Uhaul rentals.
