Fast and great service
Cheryl RGreat service. Knowledgeable staff was friendly helpful when I went to rent the 6x12 cargo trailer. The trailer is a great design too. I can't afford to buy one with that great value for renting. I would need to rent it 100 times before buying a trailer would be cheaper.

Jonathan CThe U-Haul was wet inside. The attendant stated, “oh, I need to patch that at some point.” But still had us take it. We were in a time crunch to get furniture moved so we took it but it smelled of wet straw & was dripping from a front corner. The cab smelled really bad too. If I would’ve had to drive any further, I would not have even taken the rig.
Heather WThe 20 foot truck I rented had a leak and water was in the bed but the two gentleman got the water out and sealed up the leak with silicone. They gave me a discount so I was happy with the rental

Will RWe were told the dolly was already in the uhaul during check in. Got all the way to the destination and it was not. Contacted the location and were told we could go all the way back to the location to get it. Really felt like the individual didnt care and it wasnt his problem.
Denise BThe guys at the location were great but I'm furious over Uhaul taking payment from me nearly 3 weeks before and then giving me a smaller truck AND making me drive 80 miles out of my way with no compensation for the gas (about $50).
JIMMY SRented a equipment trailer with a loading ramp, nice trailer, clean and like new. Towed well and got the job done moving a Honda 4 wheeler.

TINA DHelp businesses that supply u-haul that if a pre paid card is used a deposit is required. Then when returning the u-haul to a different facility, help them know the correct procedure on getting you deposit back. Other than that, u-haul rentals are the way to go.
CAROL MTailgate on the trailer is ready to fall off . The people running the place thought it was " weird " and didn't give it any concern . Trailer was full of chunks of bark and wood like it had been used to haul firewood and not cleaned out .
DARRELL SWas not informed that if you do a 24 hour rental you get charged twice as much for insurance. When I called with questions about fueling and charges the lady was a bit rude.

KAREN CI did not appreciate the German shepherd walking around loose. Also, there are no gas stations anywhere near there so refueling was nearly impossible. I was told the return location was in Aberdeen, it was not, Elma is quite far from Aberdeen and I was lucky I brought a driver/car because the bus would not have been an option back to ocean shores.
Kevin CHonestly, the folks at East County Rentals went above and beyond, far beyond, what I experienced at another rental location in Olympia. They were very knowledgable about the equipment, came out and hooked up the trailer personally, even loaned us an adapter so it would hook up properly on my truck. In these days of poor customer service at the big box stores, it was really refreshing to experience a little country hospitality for a change. I will not only recommend them to my friends, I will make the drive down to Elma, from Olympia, for all my future rental needs. Cant speak highly enough of them, they were affordable, laid back, and took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. 5 stars, all the way.
ERIC WTruck was very dirty inside the cab and bed. There was rocks and nails on the tailgate(very dangerous). There was only an 1/8 of a tank of gas when I left the location but the rental receipt said there was a quarter tank. So of course I was charge for the missing 1/8 of a tank, when I returned it with the same exact amount of gas. I will not recommend this location at all. And I will not be returning in the future.
Christina RThe truck reeked of Cigarette smoke and I have asthma. Whoever rented it before me not only smoked in the truck, but they also flicked their ashes and Cigarette butter behind the seat. The truck door also wouldn't close right. Because I had to struggle to close it, I ended up falling off the back of the truck onto pavement of the storage facility. Because of this my back & neck is out of whack and hurting. Also I banged my right arm on the pavement. I've had an x-ray but it's so swollen and bruised they can't tell if it's broken or not. I think it is because the pain is so bad. This truck should have been repaired before it was allowed to go out. But it wasn't. Furthermore I had to clean it multiple times, and spray febreeze in it multiple times to get rid of the Cigarette smoke smell. Your not supposed to smoke in these trucks but people do anyway. They should get a fine for this. Also previously I've rented a truck after someone had a shedding dog in their and no one cleaned the truck. I have asthma and allergies so both times caused me to have an allergy attack which just made me congested, having trouble breathing, and having to use my rescue inhaler. Which makes a West Coast to East Coast trip more miserable.
Angela MI still don't understand why the price went up with no excess miles, I put more than 25 in gas in it, bright it over a quarter when I had it about an eighth. Quoted 52-54 but ended up in higher sixties. I think 68. Oh well.

KAHLA TThe left rear tire on the trailer had an air problem. Three times I had to get the tire inflated. Once even at a U-Haul dealer who couldn't fix the tire. This could have been far worse.

Suzan MTruck cab smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a half empty old bottle of coke left in the truck from prior rental. We were told the gas level was at 7/16ths of a tank, but it was closer to 5/16ths.
Vincent SAgain Uhaul contacted me and said they were changing the drop off location which meant I had to change my plans so they added miles which was nice. So at one point they added 30 miles because they changed my pick up location then they added another 20 because they changed drop off location twice. So that would be 50 miles added to the 170 that brings it to 220 from what I could see with the mileage when started and ended it was exactly 220 yet I was still charged 13 dollars for being over so I was definitely confused.. The truck its self was in great shape and clean.

BRIAN DGet someone to build you a computer program that does what it is supposed to do. When I make a reservation It should be solid. Yours are ... well maybe we might have one either there or maybe somewhere else within fifty or so miles of there maybe... I reserved a 5x8 cargo trailer and, after I had made other arrangements, I went on line to pre-check-in and the site said there was a car hauler waiting for me. I need that later but I really don't think this was prescience. I also tried on line to change my phone number but the page wouldn't let me. We cut our land line and the old number is useless now. I got it changed through the renter. Remember I ordered an 5 X 8 cargo. I eventually settled for a motorcycle trailer from a different renter. Fortunately it was a rare sunny day here in the Northwest and the bike trailer was just big enough to cram on what we needed to move. In short Both of the the rental sites are ok. The Your reservation system and computer program is atrocious. I hope none of the hotel chains start using your computer program. Needless to say I am very frustrated.
