Betty WWhen I got in the van, it smelled so bad I almost puked. I didn't have time to deal with an exchange as it was my daughter's wedding weekend and too busy. Once I got to the location to pick up decor, there was dry blood all in the van, inside and out.

JAMES BDirty, pet hair all over seats, dirty. I returned the van a day early, way under allowed miles, topped off gas as instructed, parked it where I was told to, and they called my family saying they were reporting me to the Sheriff's dept for stealing the van!! It was there a day early!! She claims my phone number didn't work...not true because my family members called me to let me know she called them and said she's calling Sheriff's dept. I AM HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED!! I WANT A REFUND

Ken GI politely stated the correct pronunciation of my last name, because she kept saying it wrong. She said it was all the same. I was embarrassed she said that. After a while I was upset. The motorcycle trailer was completely dirty. The connector had dirt and water stuck inside 3 of the 4 contacts. Luckily it didn’t short out my system and blow a fuse. I got home to start putting my bike into the trailer and I find three large screws on the floor of the trailer. They’ve been for a while since they were rusty. There was also trash inside the trailer. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while.

cardioso sVehicle had a terrible vibration in the front wheels This whole experience was a debacle. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Ft myers but when I showed up, they didnt have my truck I had to drive 62 miles north to get a truck and then drive back to load my stuff. This cost me 3 hours and $300 more for movers and fuel and my time and made it so I had to stay the night before traveling with my stuff. I got a $300 discount on the truck but it did not cover my increased expenses due to a FAILURE on Uhauls part of letting me know that I DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK. I have asked for an additional discount and was refused. I will look to other rental agencies next time. I never have in the past but I am very disappointed. The arcadia location picked up the ball in a huge way and made Uhaul look good. I am grateful for Yvette and Gabriel for their help. Logistics is what Uhaul is all about. These very logistics failed me in a huge way.
