The tires were bald. Two blew out while I was driving. Three had to be replaced. I was on the side of the road for 7.5 hours waiting for the tires to be replaced. The tire mechanic stated the brakes only had 1.6 millimeters left on the rear brakes.

ARTAK HTruck was filthy...and the # of blankets I ordered ended up not being in the truck. (We didn't discover the inaccurate blanket count until the truck was being loaded by the crew we reserved to load the truck.

Shane LPerson I picked up from was nice and easy to deal with said i didn’t have to be back exactly at the contracted time. When I returned on time regardless, there was no parking at the gas station, I got blocked in but eventually was able to get out and so I parked a bit down the road the first person told me to. Had an issue with the app so I couldn’t check out through that so I walked back to the station, when I was almost there got a call asking where I was, and was told to bring the van back to the station as they had apparently booked someone else to pick up right when I dropped off which seems odd, so I went back and got it. As a result I got charged a late fee even though it was close to my return time and they added a service charge for an add-on I didn’t order or have in my contract. The guy checking me out said nothing about this and there didnt seem to be anybody waiting so I feel like they’ve got some shady customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual U-Haul location.
Joshua RMy rental was scheduled for 7am. Upon arriving at the location there was no uhaul representative available. The person only showed up at 7:30a. Secondly I was overcharged for the miles, I took a picture of the odometer upon checking out as 10996 however on the receipt it shows 10966, a whole 30 miles extra. Lastly upon entering the van there is a notice stuck on the dashboard listing all available items for sale within the vebicle along with their listed pricing - phone chargers , gum, gloves, tape etc With a note saying these items are in the vehicle available for sale, if they are used I the customer will be charged. I looked thru the items and found that items listed in the paper were missing. I had to go back into the uhaul to call on a person to verify this. I don’t want to be charged for items that are missing and have no intention to use. It was body more of a waste of time adding to the late rental to begin with. Overall friendly staff but not responsible. I have written to Uhaul about getting my refund

Aren KFIRST of all the Uhaul we reserved was not available at the original location we requested. SECOND, The truck we reserved was not available when we arrived and they had NO idea when it would be available so we were talked into the smaller truck that was available, of course our options were limited. THIRD, yes the vehicle was clean but there wasn't any gas in it, the needle was right E for EMPTY. I understand that it is not a requirement to have fuel in the truck but there is a little thing called customer service. Also, the office was tucked away in a filthy closet next to the bathroom in a filthy gas station. This location should be avoided.
Robert DWe had a lot of hiccups on the day of our pick up. The truck we were assigned was given away by accident but thankfully Saffron worked his magic and got us another truck. We are very thankful he was there to remedy the solution. Overall I think there needs to be a better system in place for truck rentals
Jai'La BSuper kind customer service. I reserved a 9' Cargo van and they had the vehicle ready for me within 10minutes of arriving. The vehicle was still new- less than 10k miles on the dash, and ran great. I requested a dolly and padding blankets as additional accessories and the employees made sure I had it all. The move went smoothly, thanks to U-Haul.

bruce bThe truck was in terrible shape. Even after the owner assured me the truck had been checked out, we discovered the transmission was slipping, and it had trouble finding its gears. We thought we would be stranded multiple times on the cross-country trip. Not a good experience at all. The brakes weren't in top shape either.

Raelyn DI had to wait for 2 hours to get the truck I rented, the communication was severely lacking with where I rented my truck, I will never rent from Uhaul again if I am to have this experience, I had to drive across town in order to get a job done, due to me being late it cost me not only time but money as well.

Dina RNo contract. No one knew anything. And the gas level in the truck was wrong when matched to the online contract. I had to pay for a quarter tank l never used. When I asked the person I at the gas station to change it to match the online contract they said no they didn't know how to.
JOHN Jvery long registration, a lot of questions, but take a photo of this and this, why do you have it like this. car in good condition no complaints . The app keeps crashing and you have to start all over again. I hope you fix these problems and everything will be ok. I filled out the questionnaire and passed verification for 40 minutes.
