They didn’t have my U-Haul ready had to go to another pickup location which set me back an hour n a half. The marathon that was my original pickup they lady had no idea what I was talking about and was super rude

My only complaint about the location itself is the parking is awkward and tight, so sometimes retrieving the vehicle or returning it can be tricky. When they are open, the guys have been great about helping me with this. However, when I pick up or drop off outside office hours it can be stressful. This past rental I received the BEST cargo van I've ever rented - I hope I get it every time! The new Ram it only had 6,000 miles on it, great tech, and a back window WITH a back up cam! My complaint EVERY TIME is the Uhaul app. It glitches all the time and sometimes I have to call the 24/7 number. This can waste a lot of my time and I'm renting these vehicles for work, so it's not a great process when the app isn't functioning well.
Katherine KIt is in an auto body shop… when I booked for a 11am pick up, no one told me the store closed at noon. Luckily, the auto body shop was open and he begrudginly proceed my rental
Greg Dnot only was the lockbox where my key was supposed to be wide open, i had to downgrade to a van due to a mistake on your end. this caused me to have to make two trips, when i requested to extend the rental by a couple of hours due to the sudden need to take two trips, i was told i would be charged. it is my belief that the fee was waived, at least i was led to believe that. additionally, no odometer was available to look at to measure miles, so i calculated the distance driven (approx 20-25 miles) and let uhaul know. they said they noted my account, and then proceeded to charge me for driving 100 miles. i will be disputing the charge with my bank if i do not hear back from uhaul by friday about compensation for this horrendous experience.

JACEK OCarefully maintain equipment. The wheel stops were missing. One ramp came in stowed while driving. Having to pick up the trailer on grass behind a car, then having to return the trailer on grass behind and around another trailer was inconvenient to say the least.

Giulia AThe U-Haul app is terrible. I uploaded DL pictures and the the site still had to scan them. I tried to return the trailer via the app and it allowed the return but no confirmation was sent. My college student can write (and has written) better apps. If you think the app is good, fire your entire IT staff.

Brittany PTwo thumbs up, this location is awesome and a pleasure to work with. We only had a minor issue which was that we were charged for not refilling the gas tank even though we did, so had to follow-up with a phone call, but they rectified it right away.
DORI JThe furniture pads and furniture dolly on my reservation were not in the truck and the only solution given was to drive the truck to another location. Considering you charge by the mile and I had movers on the clock waiting for me to arrive with the truck. Not a great resolution to the issue

SAMER NTrailer had a strong gas Oder. I told the person hooking trailer up and he said well the person before me must of had a motorcycle in it. I said I was going to move a couch and it would make the couch smell. They didn't offer a resolution. They only had this one trailer and no one else in the area had one. I didn't think you f it till now but they should of offered me the next size up, at no charge. I used two cans of Disinfectant spray to mask odor. This renter should check the equipment when it is returned. Obviously they didn't. They didn't open the door to check prior to me taking it and fortunately I opened and checked very poor service at best
RONALD JThe truck I ordered was not at the site when i went to pick it up. The business owner said it was nearby and when he called that other site had already rented it. How can this happen. I booked this 3 to 4 weeks prior. He ended up renting me an open trailer and i had to make 3 trips to complete my move.

Sharon LI was charged for insurance that I did not ask for and was charged for 78 miles when in fact I went 18. I never even met with a person at Ed’s affordable because it was closed and the normal dealer I go through did not have the truck so my reservation was moved to Ed’s I am very upset and I am disputing these charges.

Diana WWorst experience ever. The truck that I reserved was unavailable, so they gave me the next size down. As a result, I had two round trips rather than one. Double the mileage, gas, and hired labor. Instead of a $600 move it went over $1200. Never again.

How about calling me and letting me…So I dont waste my time! I was told by the uhaul person that she would call me one way or another…nothing…I looked on line later that evening…Ed’s had. 26’ one way…i called…he’s one mile from our location…within an hour i was back home loading the truck for our move.im gonn say that its best just to call direct! Eds! There great! U-haul online sucks,,,look at my return review…thanks Ed! Would highly recommend your services including car repair!
Pete Hthe right side mirror was loose and my trip was very dangerous, I was alone in the truck and not accessing the right lane was an almost impossible task, I almost had an accident because of the problem with the right side mirror of the truck!

DEAN GI tried this location due to high ratings. Jason helped me check out and check back in. He was friendly and efficient, plus did all the "heavy lifting" to connect and un-connect the trailer to my vehicle. I received my email receipt within minutes of returning the equipment. Although this uHaul is further from my house than several others, they are by the far the best to deal with and will rent here in the future.
