Kasie GTrailer had a broken/worn out receiver hitch --- when returning the empty trailer it pooped off the ball --- luckily no one was hurt & there seems to be no damage to my rig ...
jon hasked them (after working on the transmission) to wash their hands before handling my items and they did not. they did not honor my requests of how i wanted my things packed into the truck. damaged quite a few items and put us in another messed up truck. scary experience as a woman to say the least. would not rent with uhaul again.

Rondi DExcellent customer service, friendly staff, and a nice selection. Conviently located with easy highway access. A poor internet connection caused a delay in the contract verification, but unfortunately, that may not be negotiable in rural Kansas.
Josiah WNot charge credit card til after get uhaul back. I was charged 100$ when picked up,said I got refunded back the rest it never got posted to my card...so paided 100$ for in town, couple hours move?!

Scott MBack wasn't swept out when we picked it up and the online pictures didn't reflect/show the scratches in paint on both sides or that the fuel cap cable was broken. Dolly was a small one not an appliance dolly but we made it work.

Henry SNo one there to take in the drop off trailer even though it was during posted hours! My wife had to call a local teacher friend of my son's to help her unhook the trailer! Very poor.
Stuart TI was given the run around when I first got the uhaul I was told on the phone the night before that it was gonna be in Salina Ks and then the next morning when I called the 800 number I was told it was in Ellsworth Kansas which was 45 miles away from my location I also ordered a dolly and was not provided with one even when I asked for it and still got charged for it. The last lady I talked to on the phone to the 800 was kind about giving me 40 extra miles since I was out of my way to get the uhaul. I feel like there needs to be better communication about what and where you are ordering. I was over charged and was told that since I was over charged that if I had went over in miles or didn’t fill up with enough gas it would cover it well I got charged yet again and extra 20$ on top of that of being barely under on the gas. I probably won’t be using uhaul again

To them their customers are but just “buyers” they are human beings, meaning people whose lives are important in their own right. An individual feels as if they matter when they purchase from this couple.

GRANT MWhen I reserve a 26 foot truck and this location has one but is reserving it for a "local", it doesn't make uhaul look very good
Matthew MThere was no one around. Suposedly during their business hours. The truck was clean, and filled with gas when I dropped it off. Put the keys in the drop box.
Edward HI blew a fuse prior to coming in apparently and they lookedand fixed it. Great helpful friendly staff.

david cWe reserved it for Hays, KS. Didn't get notified until 5pm day before that we had to drive 120 miles out of our way to get it. Their attitude is take or it leave, they do not care!!! Very poor customer service with reservations!!!!! I will probably do everything I can to AVOID using UHAUL again. Horrible customer service, Very over priced. Not a bit Happy with UHAUL!!
