I moved into storage unit in 2019 and reserved one of the largest spaces available and over the years downsized to smallest space until I no longer needed storage space. Each move was easy and the staff was always accommodating! Thank you for your help over the years!!!

All good, just didn’t appreciate having to travel 2 hours to pick up a trailer? UHaul needs do do a better job relocating equipment for customers or compensate customers for picking up equipment that’s unreasonably far away!!

Excellent experience on a rainy day. I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was super friendly and helpful. He helped my wife and I chose the right plan for our needs for the day of rental. I do remember he’s a NE Patriot fan because we talked football at length. Awesome conversation and experience. Great service!! I worked with Don, he assisted me with everything I needed for my move and explained everything in detail. He made renting a U-Haul truck easy with clear understandable instructions. The truck I reserved was not brought back on time so it was not there for me. Don accommodated me and helped to facilitate a successful move. I have used other U-haul locations with positive experiences as well but based on my recent experience I will continue to use this location and recommend it to others .

The guy in charge of telling you where to place your rental return mumbles and then gets very upset/rude and yells if you ask him to repeat himself. The location is clean, the rental selection looks large.

From the minute that I called Don Myers at this location on Saturday night......Frantic....He assured me that he would be able to help me get my couch from point a to point b. True to his word I got there Sunday morning and he was all ready for me. He explained everything, he was professional and kind. From the talk on the phone until the return of the truck he was amazing. Thank you

This was one of the best customer experiences ever. The lady (behind the desk, owner maybe) who greeted me warmly was terrific. I needed an extension and “no problem” … I appreciate great service as I am an owner of retail store over 30 yrs and believe in great service! I will absolutely be back since rates are so reasonable and equipment was stellar, why cart things, move etc in my newer vehicle! Please compliment your local dealer for job well done!

We were very happy with the truck and services provided. We had a one day rental and the vehicle was ready when we arrived and it was an easy return. We also used mover help to load (Taylor & Sons) and they did a great job!

I had first reserved a trailer online at the Egg Harbour Township on the Blackhorse Pike. I then went to that location 3 days prior to my pickup date to ensure that everything was in order and have them check my hitch for safety protocol. When I showed up Saturday morning, they didn't have what I had reserved. They then sent me to the Ocean Heights location where everything went smooth. I would not recommend the Egg Harbour Township location.
