Worst experience I ever had. I could not pick up the truck at the location where we had our household items stored. So we had to go to another location TLC adult daycare center. After completing an application on on my PHONE, which was nothing short of the paperwork involved when checking into a hospital, could not get Code to open lockbox to retrieve key to truck. No one was at the pickup location. FINALLY talked to someone at U-Haul who was able to get us the code. Checking out was almost as bad. The ironic part is I had rented a truck two weeks prior and you should have already approved me for use. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Vanessa PThe check in/out process was challenging at times bc the app wouldn’t load and I had to re-enter multiple times. I also left the vehicle with more gas than I received it with & they charged me additional for it.
