While this truck was technically dropped off at the wrong location which is directly across the street from the actual dropoff location which was incredibly confusing, this truck was dropped off prior to 11:30 am when the facility was closed and the keys left in the drop box but doesn't show check in until after 4. I was charged a $40 extra day fee which is unacceptable because we did not have this truck past 11:30am. I was also charged for 2 gallons of fuel???? Seriously, 2 gallons is not enough to have changed the fuel gauge and I dropped this truck off with at least as much fuel in it as when I picked it up. These $50+ charges were unacceptable and frankly should have never been charged.

Bobby FWhen taking photos for dash,fuel and location, had to pull vehicle forwardenoygh to do rear photo. By the time i picked up the phone again the photo section was gone.......gone. The only way back to photo section was completely through return process. Id answered all these questions and turned in the keys therefore i cannot redo ANYTHING. Too complicated with stupid time allowances... Yes good trucks , location but stupid return process.

tarneesha tMake sure you know where the gas station is. That was my only issue: driving around (at rush hour) looking for the gas station which I was told was close by. So I lost out by paying extra for the gas. But that was the agreement, so no harm. Gary was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Gary PWith this location I had a great experience. They made my truck rental easy. I actually went to another location at 1502 Evans St, Greenville, NC first. The man there was rude to the point he was being ignorant. I call the 800 number where I had great care as well. They referred me to this location at 1528 Evans St, Greenville, NC. The were great and very professional. I was told that the location across the street (my first location) always gets bad complaints. That the Uhaul supervisor is aware buy nothing can be done. Anyone in Greeenville looking go to Evans St Mini Storage for all.of your Uhaul needs.

Margeaux CWow! What a great price. Rented another trailer for $14.95 to go pick 2 chairs. Drove from Greenville to Raleigh & back for about $17! It's worth spending money to add the towing equipment to your vehicle. Gives you alot of flexibility to tow a trailer vs renting a truck and paying for mileage!
