The Assistant Manager (Cheryl) is very rude. Doesn't know what customer service is. I would like to talk to the owner .
The gas tank was at 7/8 full and it cost me $15.12 to fill it up for 5.8 gallons. My total mileage was 15 miles so I should have received a credit but the manager was out of the office when I returned the vehicle and the door was locked and no one was available to help. The driver side sun visor was broken and kept swinging out to distract my vision. Vehicle smelled of strong cigarette smoking.
The lady was rather rude because we was 15 minutes late. She also complaining about a different person not leaving keys and how she was charging them 3000. Truck was dirty and kept me from using hand truck

Much faster in/out than previous Uhaul experiences
Do not like getting receipt when returning. Although it is e-mailed, I have no printer and like printed copies for record purposes.
