Office was full of religious based decorations and radio. Office attendant was distracted and stand offish. Over all not a very customer friendly environment. Would have been helpful to have a fuel estimate guage in the truck or available on line. I did not have my contract with me when I fueled up and wasted about 30 dollars.
Amanda KDon't add on services to customers' contracts. Don't add additional days to customer contracts. I had my rental set up exactly for what I wanted and needed. This location even mentioned that I already had everything taken care of. They had zero conversation with me besides asking me for a secondary phone number. However, they added things/charges to my contract without mention.

Kay H, I want to present you a complaint or disagreement about a situation that is occurring with a reservation I have, below I explain in detail. On March 9th I made a reservation (number 73334040) in person at one of their offices, I booked a 10-foot truck, and a trailer, I will be moving out of the City, I made the plans in advance because I wanted to avoid setbacks. Yesterday I went to the same office where I made the reservation just to change the day I would pick up the truck, (it would no longer be Saturday, it would be Sunday) and the person in charge told me that it was fine, that there would be no problems, and later you send me a text message where you tell me that the place where I will pick up the truck is in another city, and the trailer will also be in another City, I immediately called the place where I made the reservation and the person tells me that the truck they had broke down and that they can only offer me a 15 foot truck, and that the trailer is not in this City but in another, I am really very worried I could not stop thinking about it, It has caused me a lot of stress for three reasons. If I made a reservation in advance because you notify me two days before my move of these changes, why did you not take my reservation seriously in advance. Secondly I made the reservation for a 10 foot truck because it is enough space to move my things, I understand that a truck can break down, however a 15 foot truck has a higher price than the 10 foot one, the 15 foot truck is heavier and consumes more fuel, Why should I have to pay for these excess expenses if it is not my responsibility that you do not have more 10-foot units? In addition to this, to pick up the trailer I have to travel to another city with the truck, and those additional miles were not budgeted for in my journey because the city where I was told the trailer is on the opposite side of where I will travel, in this case I will lose time, gas, money, and the excess miles will have to be paid by me? When is it not my fault that the truck and trailer I requested is not at the place where I originally made my reservation? Third, yesterday when I made the call with you, the person who answered me was very unprofessional, I am frustrated and very stressed, and this person behaved very rudely, I strongly asked him to help me and he just said that he could not do anything, the only solution that the means was to cancel the reservation if I was not satisfied, Do you think this is a real solution or a cheap and unprofessional excuse? Of course it is, I asked him to speak to his manager on duty and he denied me, saying that he was not available, really this situation has given me a lot of anxiety and stress, I hope they can give me a solution. The trailer I just rented had no problems & my Grand Cherokee towed it with out a problem and confidence towing it is a nice feeling. More or less forgetting I was even towing the trailer. Very comfortable with everything. Thank You, I'll be back again next month.

Robert OI called around late in the day when most locations were closed. Angela from the gales addition location in Port Angeles. Located a trailer for me, met me at the location and had me all set in minutes. I don't think better service is available anywhere. Thank you so much Angela (I think that's right) your amazing and I will be renting with you again.
James ALocation is at a very large, very well kept storage unit facility. It's perfect! The layout makes it easy to get to the uhaul stowage area and back to gate. I will be renting there again for any of my uhaul needs.

Matthew PNobody answered the phone when we called before dropping off equipment. The 15' truck has no graduations on the fuel gauge; we picked it up at 13/16, but when we dropped it off, the attendant said it checked in at 3/4 and we got charged a fee. There is NO WAY a human eye can see that differentiation your check in computer made.

mary wI prepaid in full for two extra days, but this location ended up charging me for an extra day as well as extra gas even though I had filled twice before returning to get to the original value. Main issue I had was that the lady at the front desk did not check the mileage or gas-level while I was there, nor mention that per her records I was a day overdue - something I would have easily been able to clarify as I had my e-receipt. However U-Haul customer service was very understanding and helpful in reversing and refunding the excess charges.
Ravi KOur drop off location at the end of a very long tiring day was met with a very friendly staff. We arrive just 15 minutes before closing. I offered to fold up the blankets and she said dont worry about! I could have hugged her!
James HDon’t have the emailed condition report expire so quickly. Not open for Sunday pickup so Uhaul was delighted to charge me an extra day. I hope beyond all hope that a viable competitor to Uhaul emerges so I never have to deal with Uhaul again.

Dennis LI reserved a truck for April 30th at 9am. When we arrived at 9am a sign said that they weren't open until 10am. We had to do some other things, so we came back at 10am and nobody was there. We called and were told that my reservation had been changed to a different store, that was out of the way. When we arrived, there was a gentleman ahead of us. The woman who was in charge was having trouble with his credit cards, so he graciously let me go ahead of him so he could call his bank. When I was doing the paperwork, she was having trouble with my cards too. She said that we could go and she would take care of it. 24 hours later at 10:02am and no one was in the office. We found her in the storage area and when we were checking out, she was still having trouble with my card, we even tried my daughter's card and it didn't work either. We were told that we had to get ahold of the U-Haul corporate office and take care of it. I called the next Monday morning and they asked me why I hadn't returned the truck. I was already charged for another days of charges. After being on hold for about two plus hours my daughter was told that someone would be calling to see what the problem was. When he called back, he was able to get things straightened out. He was able to get the 2nd charge refunded and he gave me a $50. for the inconvenience. I just want to say that the only person that wasn't rude and a pain in the butt,was the last person that got everything done in a matter of minutes. Will I do business with U-Haul again, at this point I'm not sure.

Richard FAirport Road Storage does a good job with Uhaul‘s. I have rented U-Haul’s before from other locations where the equipment and the service we’re not great. But this experience was. Thank you Airport Road storage!
