When I came to pick up the trailer, the Uhaul software charged me insurance that I specifically had refused. It was basically a fraudulent charge that the attendant could not override as uhaul software added and would not allow it to be removed I will NOY ho back to that dealer again!

Paul D.The only issue with us, was the after hours checkin process. The app was easy to navigate, but the place that we rented the van from , was not listed to check it in. Left the van at the rental place and the staff their checked it in for us, the following mornning, with no issues. All was correct.

Raymond M.Store hours open at 9:00. He did not show up until 9:35. I tried check in mobile but got a message I could not do it mobile. I had to check out in the store. When he did show up I told him we had been waiting over a half hour and he said we should have picked it up on-line. Told him it did not work - he told me it always works and I did something wrong. We returned the truck at 4:45. The strode closes at 5:00. He was already gone so we had to check the truck in mobile. That's not easy on a mobile phone in bright sunshine for a 73 year old guy. Was not happy. Result of losing a hour of the rental we were not able to get the two loads we needed to do today. Will probably use a different company next time or at least not Fireplace Village.

From the moment I walked in to schedule the rental, everything went as smoothly as possible. Sean was knowledge, understood my situation and provided the best vehicle for me to use. He was efficient, explained every aspect of the costs involved and made the rental a very positive and pleasant experience. I would definitely go to him again and highly recommend Fireplace Outlets in Kingston, NH...
Phil L.Nothing to do with the location, but I-haul did not have the equipment I RESERVED 2 weeks in advance and was very unhelpful in find me another one that had, I had to push very hard for them to find me one around me.
JACKSON M.Dropped off a trailer after hours, was charged two extra days. There is no paperwork drop or anything there. I called uhaul, they stated I have to verify return on line, was not aware of this. "Frank" did refund the two days charge. Person at this location could have told me I had to do this when I called about the overcharge but did not, seemed unconcerned. I will do this in the future

CHARLOTTE V.Having to take pictures of the truck, odometer, cleanliness, etc is a pain. I was never told that I had to take those pictures when I picked up the truck. If it wasn't because my girlfriend asked me to take the pictures just in case, I would not have been able to check out. It used to be as easy as dropping of the keys. Now it's just nonsensical paperwork.

Michael C.I filled the gas tank up to full and over fullled it by 1/2 a tank will I get paid the differents the $ 40.00 dollars and was priced too much maybe $20.-30 dollars but the service was ok!!.

karl M.The return process using the downloaded phone application did not work for us. While I couldn't use my cell phone (work issued and cannot download), I had my husband come to pick me up. His download didn't work because the information I gave at time of rental didn't enable him to activate. It must be made clear to those returning when not open that the information must be consistent (phone number, name, etc) in order for download to work. Thank you for accepting the written return and voice mail message in lieu of the online app check in.
