Ali and other staff were very friendly and helpful. They both are makes me feel so happy to moved in Dallas. Most great first impression of city of Carrollton neighborhood because of them. Highly recommend and also I will revisit to use Uhaul from them whenever I need.
Abrianna KCould not get into lock box. I had trouble getting customer service on the phone. Waited 15 minutes then had to wait another 15 minutes for a walk through. Hire more custormer service reps to help customers
Margarett WFuniture sheet where wet and unusable. Waited 40 minutes before I receiving my uhaul. The individual in-charge establishes the store opens at a different time then the reservation time. But all listing of the time of operation for the store location including store front, website, and even uhaul cooperate has it open at the time of my reservation. Rather then receives a simple apology for the delay with a potential opportunity for a reimbursement for the lost 40 minutes, the individual in-charge just argue the point rather then accept that the fault is on his side for not updating time of operation for the store. I will avoid this location for the foreseeable future.
Pedro LThe vendor gave me the truck with NO GAS at all. I worried it wouldn't make it to the station. In addition, I reserved for 9:30 a.m. He had to be called, didn't arrive at location until 10:30 a.m.
