Larry KThe dolly was down in a little ditch that was hard to get to.. The lights on the passenger side didn’t work. Due to the wires being destroyed. The lady said her husband was away and it could t be fixed today. We ended up getting pulled over due to this. They only had one dolly so that was our only option.

Kyle CWaited almost 30 minutes due to login and computer issues. I am sure this was not necessarily the locations fault as they were on the phone with U-Haul. My online reservation included pads and this location did not carry pads. The U-Haul system did not tell me that. I had to drive 30 miles to another location to get pads.
Mike OI paid 269.00 to rent the truck over a hundred dollars more then I should have had to. And got no reply from u haul still waiting, feel I was cheated because they did not cc harge me right. Will n ok t be use u haul again
