JAMES FThere should be proper winter wipers on the vehicles NOT summer wipers. Also, there should be a scraper or snowbrush.
COLLEEN AThe vehicle i rented was not fit for the highway two issues windshield wipers were in the very poor condition and the side mirrors on the door will not adjust and stay adjusted check the vehicle i rented and the tape and newpaper are placed to hold the mirror from moving. I donot think a vehicle should be rent in a unsafe condition.otherwise the vehicle performed very well
Donald AMoving can be so stressful, but Beverly at Fraser and MacDonald auto sales, U-Haul rental, made it a little more pleasant. The customer service was excellent, the rental was in amazing shape and the transaction was a breeze. I highly recommend their services for your moving needs. Thanks so much. 5🌟
RON MDon’t deal with these folks for anything U-Haul related they’ll rip you off in more ways than one. They tried to forge additional miles on a rental truck we returned. Also, extremely rude and unprofessional lady working there. We had a freak snow storm (blizzard) we were told to take our time dropping the vehicle off to them as long as we were safe that’s all that matters (LIES LIES LIES!!! They knew EXACTLY what they were doing!!!) They told us no additional charges for taking the truck back a day late due to weather we had but in actuality they did charge us not for one day BUT FOR 3!! Also they forged an additional 330 miles on the damn truck! Luckily we aren’t stupid enough and when we called the morning of and was being spoken down to by the SAME LADY that was so unusually polite the day before we got the hint that they may try something shady. So we locked and cancelled our card on file. I suggest everybody do the same if you plan on dealing with these ignorant people.

Ross FIt was very difficult to contact the agent. I tried to call the phone number for an entire day and a half with no answer. The agent was not very helpful or friendly on the phone or at the site.

Trevor FIt was very poor, the truck was not functioning well and the customer service was very bad. They took my card details manually and they closed the phone on my face when I asked them for why they charged me for gas since they did not give me the details before hand.
Abdallah ZLady who helped us wasn’t very warm. Moving is incredibly stressful. The services and equipment were just fine, but we rented our truck in our new location. It would have been so nice to be greeted by, and deal with, someone of some warmth in our new area.

Thomas BWe were overcharged on our rental and had to pay extra for gas as they said it wasn’t filled to where it was when we picked it up. They wouldn’t do anything for us. Had to go to Antigonish to get it straightened out. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

Ryan FCalled me up after i returned trailer. Said trailer had some dirt in it. I said dont think so i looked. Then she said ok ill process the return and hung up. Then billed me 15 dollars for cleaning fee. I returned to look at trailer again an hour later. Trailer had not moved and whatya know, Nothing in it.….i hope they needed the 15 dollars.

BEJAMIN OOwners dog bit me trailers right side lights did not work
Erich WThe 15' truck we rented plumed black smoke. We used it to transport a sofa and chair. In total we used the truck for 26.2 miles (41.6km) and it cost us 10L of fuel in addition to the $0.89/km and the $29.99 rental fee. (Plus the $20 in insurance they pushed 5x so we wouldn't decline) The owner then called after we dropped off the truck and said it was below the 1/4 tank fuel mark and they'd have to add an additional $30 fuel fee. The picture we had taken at drop off and the picture she took to send show different levels of fuel in the tank. Overall it was a very expensive 2 hours on both our pocketbook and our mental health.

RANDY PThe truck leaked inside the box and it was raining pretty hard. I was also charge for all my miles when I was within my free allotment. I called to have this corrected and was given a number to call. I called and they also could do nothing. Now waiting for a call from a manager?
