Gary DStood for at least 5 minutes in front of the desk before anyone showed up to help me. Didn't receive a receipt for the return. When I asked for one, he indicated the guy who enters the information wasn't available right now.
MIKE oAll went extremely well with our pickup, move and drop off. Very pleased with ease of use and execution with U-Haul through the use of online booking and drop off.

Vern JThere was a major mixup that could have had the owner and I going at each other's throats. But he was level-headed and worked it out at a significant inconvenience to himself and a couple customers. He's a good guy. That said, I suggest calling on a weekday to confirm a reservation that falls on a weekend.

Gary DI returned the truck early and was provided no paperwork to verify the return, mileage or required gas. I was told I would get something by text or email the next day (11/30/23). Didn't get it, but got a call from Amber (manager at another location who had set up the truck rental and told me to pick it up at Friendly) wanting to know when I was going to return the truck. I informed her I had returned it to Friendly on 11/29/23 at about 2:30pm. I then stopped by Friendly and was given what I was told was my final receipt reflecting the total cost and told I was paid in full. About 30 minutes later, I saw my credit card had been charged an additional $102.98 by Friendly Auto -- for what I don't know. I called Friendly and told them I needed to speak to their U-Haul manager about the additional charge. They said he would call me back. I then went back to Friendly and talked to their U-Haul manager. He said he had made a mistake and had reversed the $102.98 charge my credit card. They seem very nice at Friendly, but it appears their U-Haul manager does not always know what he he is doing.

Jeffrey WWalked in and returned keys to the truck and lady at front desk said alright have a great day , then 3 -4 days later I get a call regarding I never returned the truck and they are trying to charge me for having the truck rented for 5 days . Ridiculous in my opinion .

john sLocated in auto service mall. Limited space to maneuver. Staff was friendly and told us to drop the trailer where it was. They would put it into a parking spot.
Mark SAfter charge later on. It over drafted my bank cause of it. The truck only had a quarter of a tank in it all together. When I first walked in and told them I had a reservation I got a dirty look. Girl was nice but wasn't nassessery to give me a look.

NORBERT SI give Friendly Auto Centers 5 stars, friendly, just like their name, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had trouble checking in with the app. but they did it with on site check in. I also had trouble with the app. dropping it off, but had no problems when I called them to explain. I would definitely recommend them for all your uhaul needs.

DEAN MKeep trucks in working order, gas cap signal was on the whole time even though I opened it and closed it several times. Also I had an electrical signal come on a couple of times
