The location help me alot to get my truck and tow dolly but the reservation itself was the worst experience for me i will never recommend uhaul to anyone…
Sanjeep SOur customer service agent was fantastic. We were stranded after our vehicle broke down and we were not able to get a rental vehicle to get home after vacation. He was so understanding and helped us and gave us a deal on the rate and extra mileage for the truck to be sure we could get home. I highly recommend that anyone looking to rent a U-Haul in the area come to this location.

Mona CThis location Manager really is AWESOME! We were traveling west on I 24 towing a MINI behind a motorhome when the potholes blew out the SIDEWALL on the MINI's Front tire !!!! Thank GOD I had tire pressure monitors on all wheels. These are run flat tires and there was no place that had them. The tow dolly I rented saved the day AND the Manager drove me to Harbor Freight to help me buy the required hitch components to replace the Blue OX system that was needed for the MINI. What a Guy and what a great experience with U Haul Dean Smith in Des Moines
