Joshua HThe van was way out of aliment pulling to the left. Alot of slop in the steering wheel making it hard to keep in lane fighting wind. Wiper blades needed replaced. Trash wasn't removed from seat area and back area wasn't swept out. I removed the trash and swept out front and back of van before returning.

Levi BWhile this a good location and the guy runs the store is great, the Uhaul I received had a huge hole in the upper panel that could only be seen when the sun shined through. It rained one of the days I had the Uhaul and my stuff was already loaded and I was unaware of the hole. 12 pairs of my shoes were destroyed and my dresser suffered water damage as well. I did not know that my things were wet or damaged until I went to unload the truck.

willard bBetter presentation of the facilities, also pay too much for a médium size truck. Rented for 24 hours and returned on 9 hours. Leave the truck with the same amount of gas and charge me $150 dollars.

Richard HWhen I called the return location, the person I spoke to was kind of rude when I asked about the process. He said "its just like any other U-Haul return" which is fine if I HAD EVER RESERVED a U-Haul truck before - but then, of course, I would not have had to call for guidance. The instructions he finally gave me was to park the truck and drop the keys in the lock box - he did not even mention all the steps I had to complete on the app before doing so. If I did not happen to check that, I would have followed his instructions without taking the necessary pictures and reporting that the truck was returned. Overall it was a disappointing experience - but still grateful to the kind person on the Uhaul support line who agreed not to transfer us any more until our issue was resolved.

From a claim, to exchanging a trailer for a truck, to the insurance, to movers, to changing pick up and drop off locations, just the entire experience was amazing. Great job.

debbie cWas way overcharged. Word to the wise....ask to see an itemized bill/invoice before you sign your name on the pad. What you are signing is "estimated total charges". I rented the truck for 8 hours but had if back in 4. The keys were given back to Mike personally. I was charged close to $100. This place is a rip off.

Brandon CWe arrived to find that the truck assigned to us had a crack the full width of the windshield. We requested a different truck and were given a 26' truck instead of what we had ordered. That truck was way bigger than necessary, and made the trip two states away more difficult.
