The people there are totally indifferent to u-haul customers. Need to unhook the trailer yourself.

Robert LIf you guys are going to do the 24-hour pickup thing you really need to make sure the locations have a hotspot or Wi-Fi called U-Haul that you could use I ended up having to pick up a truck 180 miles round trip out of our way and when we got there we were in the middle of nowhere with no internet service it took us over an hour just to pick the truck up on the mobile phone.. then we made the reservation 3 days before we were leaving already had hotels booked everything and then we get a call literally 14 hours before leaving town to tell us that we had to drive an extra 100 miles out of our way to pick up a truck when somebody should have told us that 3 days prior when we made the reservation nobody bothered so we ended up packing till 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning because we lost those 3 hours driving and we got back late so not only did it put more wear and tear on us but we had the extra expense of fuel in the U-Haul plus the regular vehicle we were driving to go out of our way and lost time wanting to get there and have no internet service available

Arlene PBrad troubleshot the non-working braking/turning lights and isolated it to the "extension cord" that sits on the trailer and quickly replaced it. I felt safe and cared for. Thanks y'all.
David MGall Motor was awesome they really helped me in a pinch. I originally had reserved my rental in Oberlin KS. The day before I was to pick up my trailer I called to confirm. He advised me that the trailer was broke down and had been for several weeks and told me I would have to call the 800 number to rent one from some other place. When I asked him if he could do that for me he said no and hung up. I had to rebook while in the middle of a hunting trip and then take 2.5 hours out of my trip to drive 85 miles there and back out of my way to pick up the trailer.
David LOur local use of the trailer was an easy transaction. Brad helped us hookup and made sure all the lights and connections were working. We appreciated the service given.
Jeffery SI would never recommend anyone to this location. They couldn't figure out how to do the employee discount first off.bthen the trailer was old, the wiring for the lights were green from being exposed to the elements and the ground wire wasn't hooked up so we had to fix it on the side of the road. And 2 of the safety chains were missing, the tires got hot so we had to keep stopping, there were holes in the fenders. And the truck it's self had no cruise that worked, the a/c was not charges, the center console was broke and wouldn't hold anything, the truck wouldn't even go the speed limit, the seats were uncomfortable, the window visor was to small so it wouldn't stay in the window...I could go on and on but I was terribly disappointed

mashelle jWe dropped off the trailer during the Christmas holidays, so nobody was at the u-haul site. The return was noted at u-haul and accurately charged, which is the best that can be expected for the circumstances of this rental.
Kay FI'm comparing to the last time I rented a truck (July 2020), but the truck was not as clean - notably the cab. Windscreen was quite dirty, inside looked hastily swept only. Slight smoke smell. Disappointed in the time it took, but the app didn't accept my early check-in from the night before, so that should reflect poorly on the app rather than Gall Motor Co.
