Julio HThe location was a disorganized dump. It looks more like an abandoned junkyard than a U-Haul dealership. Everything was scattered about and disorganized. It is not a location that I would feel comfortable renting from. However, the man running the place was pleasant

ROBERTO OThe guys were nice at this pickup location, but the truck was not very clean and was old and beat up. This also wasn’t my preferred location, but the closest one to me that had the equipment for the time frame needed. (still 5 miles further than the location that’s walking distance from my house - which costs me an extra 10 miles of cost). I was pleased that a client from Uhaul contacted me and worked to find a location for the equipment after I submitted a reservation online, but would have preferred they somehow got the equipment needed moved to the location nearest me. That would have been a better experience and saved me about $40 in mileage and Uber fees. Overall though still satisfied and am glad a company like Uhaul is around to provide rental vehicles for moving.

HECTOR FThe owner, George, went out of his way to make sure I had a great truck for my Chicago to Portland move. Everything was in good working condition and performed perfectly on the 2200 mile trip. The truck was ready for me when I got there and he was very helpful in making sure I knew how the truck operated.

Tomasa WI went to this uhaul and I tried to use cash they took my card down anyway and when we returned the uhaul he charged my card still it was very unorganized and and they were very slow but the the guy who took care of us George was fine
keith mIt was super easy picking up and dropping off at this location. Upon returning the truck, we were in and out in 5 minutes. They made the process very easy and efficient. And were very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for another great UHaul experience! :}

Sahar EReturn was hard to complete. Wouldn’t let us compete due connection issues at location. Had to call u-haul costumer service to conclude return was effective and wouldn’t be charged for anything further. App, was buggy and our original pickup location was changed.
