Thanks for being a great rental dealer for hauling. The truck was in excellent running condition, did not have any issues. Picked up our load, brought it to home, unloaded, and return went without issue. Staff was very patient with questions and friendly. Thanks U-Haul and Sierra Vista Carmichael!

William WNobody there that could work the computer at time of reservation. So I had to wait after having to drive an hour and a half to pick up the trailer that was reserved for Nogales pick up.
Anthony LThis facility should be closed as it is not reflective of Uhaul standards. I am very concerned that there are illegal happenings occurring on the property and within the store, such as drug production and sales. When I received the truck it was filthy and the establishment made no effort to clean despite voicing my concerns.

Rodney CThe manager was amazing. Even coming in after closing to help with a corporate mess up. But the corporate call center needs a lot of attention. Attention to customer details. I asked for 20' truck to be picked up in Sierra Vista. I was assured that was my pick up location. After reviewing the order I saw I was scheduled to pick up in Douglas which is over 45 min away. And to top it off I was scheduled for a 15' truck. After calling in to get everything corrected. I was finally given the Carmichael location for. A20' truck. Did the check in off the order which still showed Douglas location. But some how on the U-Haul end it wasn't verified. I picked up my truck and had to return to the Carmichael location to get my ordered dolly which was my mistake for not checking first. But come to find out the truck wasn't checked out to me and I could have been pulled over for GTA. The manager fixed everything for me which I was greatful. But uhaul corporate need help in making this easier for the customer. For all the time I had to take out of my move to get this fixed I give them a half star. Make sure you are really taking care of the customer. Carmichael location was amazing thank you for all you helped me with.

ANNA EI reserved a 6 x 12 trailer online but then got a call from uhaul to go to another location to pick it up. I got to the location and they did not have a 6 x 12 trailer and they only have 5 x 9 trailers at that location. I had to use the 5 x 9 not very good logistics.

CURTIS OThere was loose dirt in the interior that i had to sweep out. Even though I checked in online, it appears the reservation process was duplicated and thereby not as quick as i thought it would be. But overall, the staff is friendly and efficient. I use them frequently because of it!!!

William HNeither at this location, or the one in Kearney Nebraska were the trucks fueled or cleaned. It is amazing to me that there is a supposed $25 cleaning fee if the customer brings back a dirty truck, but I was not offered a discount for cleaning the dirt, bolts, rocks and Pepsi spill in the back the truck I rented.
DALE PThe rental truck cab was not very clean and there was an animal odor in the cab. I informed the crew and they performed some hasty cleaning. I personally spent an additional two hours cleaning the cab before my departure.

Saundra KI got a trailer from this location, the person there suggested flipping over the hitch. I told him to do it. Come to find out, when we dropped it off at our destination, he didn't tighten the ball on correctly and we could have lost the trailer and everything in it. NOT happy. The lady in the office was great as usual.
John ATrailer jacks need to be installed on the trailers. If one has an issue and needs to unhook from the loaded trailer, it would be almost impossible without creating a true hazard to those involved. Swing away 1000 lbs.jacks are not expensive and could save someone from serious injury.

Lloyd JThe location was great. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the Uhaul system as it was down when I went to pick up the tow dolly. This location did everything it could to help and get me on my way. Uhaul's main customer service was absolutely no help and offered no solutions when they Uhaul system had failed and we had to delay for over 2 hours until the system allowed Uhaul locations to do anything (we spoke with other Uhaul locations, it was down completely across Uhaul as a whole when we went to pick the tow dolly up).
