Check all lights on the truck. We didn't realize a headlight was out until we drove home at night in a hard rain, and could barely see.

Nigel Black17 PSI in rear tire when picked up, left rear view mirror almost 100% useless, shorted on blankets, and disgusting smelly cab with dashboard used as ashtray cigarette burns and butts everywhere and rear compartment filthy. Safety issues and filthy. Pitiful excuse for professional service. I’ll tell anyone who asks how bad this was.

Amanda GatesThe guy kept insisting I fill the tank up to a quarter tank of fuel. When I received the vehicle it was on empty and I had 6 miles until it was all the way empty. He said if I filled it up to a quarter tank I would get a $26 rebate on my rental. Why should I put more fuel in the vehicle when I received it on empty and the cabin smelled like marijuana and cigarettes and had weed crumbs and cigarette butts in it? If I filled the vehicle up to a quarter tank I would end up paying more money than the $26 rebate/credit would add up to. Please contact me in regards of making this right and at least mending customer relations.

John GundersonManager ripped me off on fuel. It was not a full tank when I left with it. I only used it for 5 miles and he charged me almost $12 in fuel, telling me the cargo van only gets 7 miles to the gallon and I told him it should not even take a gallon for 5 miles I used it. Very poor service. I’m on social security and can’t afford to be ripped off. Never again. Will dispute this charge. He could have cared less.

lisa senneContract # 25692387 UHaul misrepresented the fuel amount in the gas tank. I drove 22.00 ( twenty two ) miles and it took 10.17 gallons to fill the tank. I did not use 10.17 gallons of fuel to drive the truck for only 22.0 miles. I reset the odometer before leaving the parking lot. On return the trip odometer indicated 22.0 miles. UHaul charged my card for 30 miles of use. The agent padded the final trip by 8 miles. UHaul at this location is perpetrating blatant consumer fraud. How do you propose to resolve this ?

Karen DaleyHaberstockWhen I got to the place to pickup the trailer, they didn't help me hook it up and to disconnect the trailer when i got back. After hooking it up, down the road about 4 miles I realized that the ramp was not pined to the trailer, I pulled over to put the pin in and there were no pins connected to the trailer.

While, he did a great job given the situation, it less than ideal for all involved (the worker, the gas customers and me). It took longer than needed due to him not being able to give 100% to the UHaul customer.

KEVIN DONKAEveryone was nice. The guy taking care of us suggested a different drop off location than what we first requested saying it was closer but it was not when we arrived. Tried to take it to the original place we picked but was told it would cost us double, when we reserved the trailer we picked a location with a guarantee they would have one there. The day before pick up we received an email stating we had to pick up at different location which was a little farther for us to go but did it. If you are going to charge double to drop off at a different location maybe you should give a discount when you change pick up location

Not sure hy I'm promised a vehicle at a location that doesn't have the vehicle. I originally booked the vehicle on your location on Richmond Road, in McHenry, IL, which always has a huge quantity in hand. I originally tried to book the vehicle on your website, but the website didn't work. Very frustrating. Do you do this to all of your customers?

Katherine AndersonThe gentleman that running me the trailer was very helpful came out connected it up for me make sure it was safe connected all the lights everything worked fine I would highly recommend running from them again they didn't have a big Choice due to the fact it's a service station that also rent U-Haul but very nice very mellow mannered very helpful highly recommend renting from them again
