Roberto RThe trailer needs to have a trailer jack to make it easier to disconnect the trailer at the destination. I am 70 years old and I don't have the strength I use to have when I was younger. It took me and my wife quite awhile to be able to disconnect the trailer from our truck once we arrived at the drop off location!!!

Peter GI returned it ahead of time because the truck was in bad shape .. To start the engine needs several attempts, apparently the engine needs more maintenance...
alcibiades mThis truck was a beater. If I needed it for more than a local 19 mile round trip, I would have refused the rental. Check engine light was on, and then a green wrench icon came on. Steering was sloppy, gear shift was sloppy and wanted to hang in reverse whenever I tried to put it in park. Not what I've come to expect from u-haul.
Richard lDouble check the tire pressures. One of the 4 tires was a little low on its air pressure. The customer service was great and the trailer was ready when I showed up for my appointment.
